We have had a wonderful experience of having our solar panels fitted by Ben and Greg. Excellent team very friendly and work is first class. All nice and tidy afterwards too. Would recommend them to all family and friends. Thank you so much guys

I had to change plans last minute because of my work situations and the people I spoke to was very understanding, they explained they have the week fully booked out but would see what they could do they spoke to someone else who agreed to swap days with me(really grateful to that couple) and also very appreciative to the woman who dealt with it all day and called me before she left for the day to give me the good news and peace of mind before I travelled for work

Both the surveyor and the installer arrived on time. Everything was explained and discussed. They both provided an excellent service.

Friendly easy to talk staff, everyone i have dealt with has done it with a smile on their face that makes me know I've got a company I can trust when I want to.

The whole experience was much easier than I expected. From the initial enquiry to installation, everything felt organised and straightforward. I decided to go with Q Cells German panels after doing some research and I’m happy with how they’re performing so far. The Energy Hub is also very useful for keeping track of everything.

Clear explanations given by the installers. Looking forward to experiencing the results of the solar panels.

Beware all the bad reviews are getting removed. This company came to my home on the 9th May 2. They wasting 2+ hours of my life to give me absurd figures. Honestly save your money.

Installation team were brilliant,Ben and Greg went out there way to make the install process brilliant.

They even fixed two broken ridge tiles for me.

This was a great company to work with, everything went off without a hitch. The sales team was great talked us through all of our options. The install team did everything they could to keep us informed while they upgraded us to an electric self sufficient household. From calling them, booking in with he sales team and the install team arriving this was an easy company to supply the panels we’ve wanted for a while.

I had a very good video consultation with Jordan there was no pressure to sign offered us a quick turnaround before we went on holiday, customer service also made sure we got all our paperwork before we went on holiday, very pleased with the level of professionalism and efficiency of the team

Great quick service, friendly helpful

NRG came and installed my solar panels, from the initial meeting with there advisor through to installation I couldn't fault them. The whole process took under two weeks, the installers did the job quickly and efficiently leaving the place clean, I highly recommend this company.

Unfortunately I have had to alter this review. I was advised by installer they would return once the scaffolding has been removed to tidy up the trailing wires from the panels. The scaffolding came down 13/05 and now it’s 09/06 and still no one has turned up to tidy up the wires.

Each time I put up a review it gets removed despite me correctly advising the contract number and supplying this information as requested. I will put on the review here. Right NRG Ltd provided me electrical installation certicate number 46866079 dated 19 March 2026.

This company is one of a number of companies in the group. In Mar26 they provided me certificates but not the MCS Certificate which is clearly stated in my contract.

Warning do not use this company for Solar Panels as they are not registered with any certifying body. They self certify so be warned!

I would not recommend.
