Ci e' successo la stessa cosa, auto nuova visivamente non aveva un graffio ,quando siamo tornati per renderla a fine vacanze, hanno fatto delle fotografie sotto il paraurti posteriore!
Ma chi si sogna di sdraiarsi per terra per vedere se ci sono dei graffi sotto? Tra l'altro forse di un paio di mm. e addebitarci 530 euro.
Non aggiungo altro!

In 30 anni che viaggio e prendo auto a noleggio, non mi erano mai capitati degli imbroglioni cosi sfacciati. Arrivato a Tirana aeroporto, prendo una Opel corsa a noleggio,il prezzo era buono e poi ho scoperto come mai. L’auto era pulita ma era tutta rigata, da ogni lato, preoccupato per i tanti danni, facciamo un video di tutti i danni . Naturalmente quelli visibili, al ritorno, restituiamo la macchina nelle stesse condizioni, anzi gonfiamo anche i pneumatici, molto sgonfi. Il ragazzo fa un giro intorno all’auto e poi si sdraia sotto il paraurti anteriore e mi dice di 2 graffi sotto il paraurti. Quindi chiama il titolare , che quantifica il danno in 150 euro. Contesto il danno, perché non ho toccato nessun marciapiede ed era evidente che i graffi erano precedenti. Nulla da fare, vogliono pagati i 150 euro. Alla fine pago , perché tanto avevano 500 euro di cauzione . Il ragazzo mi dice; tanto puoi chiedere il rimborso alla tua assicurazione, facendomi capire che per loro era una procedura ricorrente. Purtroppo io non avevo fatto una assicurazione supplementare e quindi sono stato truffato. Se potete evitate di prendere auto da questi truffatori.

Nell'insieme una compagnia che ci ha dato un buon servizio
Buona comunicazione per l'arrivo all'aeroporto in quanto ci è arrivato un messaggio sul punto di incontro. Le operazioni di prelievo dell'auto sono state veloci anche se in orario notturno, avevamo pagato on line anche l'assicurazione sulla franchigia, ma abbiamo preferito acquistare in loco anche la SCDW che ci ha sgravato da tutti i problemi (nella villaggio storico di Dana un bambino ci ha tirato una pietra durante il nostro passaggio per strada e per fortuna non ha colpito il vetro altrimenti sarebbe stato un problema più grosso) e non abbiamo dovuto lasciare alcuna cauzione. Buono anche l'iter dei tempi di riconsegna. Nell'insieme una compagnia che ci ha dato un buon servizio.

Costo contenuto ma veicolo non perfetto
Macchina comoda ed economica ma che che poteva essere messa meglio.
Mancava il tergicristallo posteriore e il cofano anteriore in autostrada tendeva ad alzarsi senza compromettere la guida ma costringendo ogni tanto a fermarsi per sistemarlo!
Possiamo essere stati solo sfortunati ma consiglio di controllare bene la macchina prima di ritirarla!
Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Vehicles are regularly serviced as these vehicle are rented 52 weeks of the year customers may find that the milage is higher than they may have expected. We ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair apart form a few dents and scratches which does not make a vehicle mechanically unsound. Please note that customers can request another vehicle if they have any concerns with the vehicle they are being offered.

Staff disponibile ritiro e riconsena rapida unico problema la vettura presa ha bisogno di essere curata e manutentata non si deve consenare una vettura con delle ruote fuori equilibratura che vibrano da diventare fastidiosa e poco gradevole la guida

Ottimo rent
Ottimo rent, è stato molto rapido a consegnarci l'auto, che era pure di categoria superiore rispetto a quella della nostra prenotazione. Buona pulizia del veicolo, l'addetto inoltre è stato super disponibile a sostituirci subito una lampadina bruciata che ho notato in fase di ritiro del veicolo.

Servizio ottimo, macchina pulita e con up grade gratuito. Unica pecca è stata l'accoglinza iniziale e una discussione riguardante la mia patente che per la ragazza al servizio clienti risultava scaduta. Ho provato a insistere visto che ero certa che la patente non fosse scaduta ,le ho mostrato anche sito ufficiale in cui si evidenziava chiaramente che la patente sarebbe scaduta il prossimo anno ma lei ha continuato jndisposta a sostenere che il suo sistema le indicava che il dicumento fosse scaduto. Se non ci fosse stata una persona con me con un altro documento valido non sarei riuscita a noleggiare l'auto....Assurdo!!!!detto questo tutto il resto del servizio è stato impeccabile

We apologise for the issues you faced at the location. We will speak with the staff and investigate why they would not accept your license if it clearly stated it was valid. Unfortunately, it may have been the system that was rejecting the license which was not allowing the staff to process the rental agreement but we will investigate this matter to prevent this from happening again.
