Learning with all the piano exercises with the Ridley Academy Masterclass is inspiring and fun. Stephen is the best piano teacher I've ever had. He is the opposite of boring. If you book the masterclass, you'll never regret it. Short chops to learn - ideal for people working full-time. 10 minutes a day is enough to progress fast.

I did not like the traditional methods and wanted to play pop music. Stephen Ridley's enthusiasm and energy is so totally contagious. The way he explains is clear, concise and make so much sense that you want to use it asap. He explains what is essential and useful for now. I am enrolled in the Masterclass and just love it. The music we learn, using chords is what we hear on the radio, not classical. No hours of practice per day! one thing at a time. If I miss a week, I have a reminder and encouragement. Support is also helpful. What a team!
I've just been through the 5-day piano challenge. We've learned how to play a song in 5 days from scratch. It was incredible and I was amazed I could do it because the steps were so well explained and
laid out.

The Ridley Academy is igniting my life long dream (so far postponed) to be playing piano and become a real musician. Singing classes are also made available in a separate class, they’re very useful. The step-by-step methodology given by Stephen is remarkably simple to follow, while the lessons are short, very comprehensive and offer continuity throughout the whole Masterclass. His dedicated passion in delivering it offers an amazing support in the pursuit of such musical achievement. I love it!

I feel SO lucky to have found Stephen and the Ridley Academy. His enthusiasm and encouragement and way of working is absolutely brilliant. I am SO SO wanting to spend every day and hour practicing now !!! I have signed up for the Masterclass and Mentorship. Stephen's enthusiasm and his love for this beautiful instrument.I am an intermediate pianist and was looking for improvement to my existing skills and learned a few new chords and have access to a number of well known songs.

It was fascinating to see how Stephen and his team mastered the five-day challenge. Putting together such an organization and dealing with any problems that might arise, such as communication issues, as well as sending tips for creating music videos and transmitting them, etc., was simply fantastic.
Stephen explained to us with great simplicity how a song is played and how the vocals are integrated at the same time. It was divided into many small stages, which was excellent for beginners and advanced learners alike.
The result at the end of the five-day challenge was simply magnificent.
His team was on hand as soon as the slightest problems arose.
The natural and very emotional nature of Stephen and his team swept us all away. They managed to get everyone to complete the 5-day challenge successfully, full of vigor and enthusiasm. We all pulled together. Everything was connected: understanding, joy, excitement, challenge, encouragement, support.
Stephen has developed a unique method of learning piano that will enchant current and future students.
For me, it was a wonderful journey into the world of music and a challenge to grow beyond myself.

I recently took Stephen’s 5 day challenge enjoyed it so much I decided to take his Masterclass. I really love his energy and team as well very professional and helpful. I am a beginner never had a teacher on piano yet I do believe he is my best bet on getting me to play in front of people and playing with confidence, and further enhance my singer songwriting skills at the same time can’t wait to see what my review in 6 months will be. This course is AMAZING! Stephen's energy and enthusiasm makes it so much more engaging, and the lessons are simple, powerful, fun, and easy to master. I am thrilled I jumped on this opportunity and am becoming the masterful pianist I always dreamed of being!

We bought a digital piano almost 3 years ago. It was sitting in our living room collecting dust along with a set of microphone and a mic stand sitting in unopened boxes. We bought the piano even though we couldn't play it fantasizing that some day I would be able to play it. I saw the ad for Stephen's 5-day-piano challenge. I hesitated in the beginning but then decided to give it a try and I'm so glad that I did it. The 5 day piano challenge was an amazing journey and transformation. I went from a total beginner who could only play some single notes with one hand to being able to play both melodies and chords with both hands, plus using the sustain pedal and singing along. It was pretty magical. I don't know much about music theory. But by following Stephen's step-by-step guidance, I was able to start playing songs, singing along and sound pretty good (even though I stumble here and there and make lots of mistakes). The Ridley methods really worked the magic! Stephen is such a fun person. His energy and enthusiasm is very infectious and inspiring. I'm planning to sign up for Stephen's Christmas Song Course so I can play some Christmas songs this Christmas. I can't wait. Thank you so much Stephen and the staff for doing this awesome 5-day piano challenge and for inspiring us. I'm looking forward to more piano challenges to come in the near future!

Stephen is a wonderful teacher! Breaks down the often complicated process of learning piano into small easy steps. You understand what you’re doing and why but he also shows you how to build your skills. In the 5 day challenge I learned loads and really enjoyed the experience.

I like how the Ridley method teaches us how to do scales, not in a boring way, not having to learn all the notes for each scale, separately, but give us a mnemonic to use the tones and semi-tones approach!

What a energy he provides... a method to build up a confidence again, a team of support, short videos to make it simple, but efficient! to move only towards succes as they are short, only one think to focus on, and then put it all together makes it a wonderpeace. I must say it help me enourmously to get back on track, to dare sing and play, to dare submit a challenge, to dare discover part of me who just needed to be trusted to be discovered and unleashed. And its FUN and I feel so more free in front of a piano.
