I placed this order in December 2024
I placed this order in December 2024, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive it. Furthermore, the tracking information is no longer being updated. Despite my efforts to contact your team via email, I have not received a response. I am still awaiting a refund and would appreciate an update on the status of my order. Previously, I was instructed to follow up again so that the issue could be rectified. I have been a loyal customer for years, which makes this experience particularly disappointing, especially considering that it has been nearly five months since I placed the order. My order number is 99519787. I would appreciate it if you did not advise me to email support@richandclear, as I have previously sent at least 8 emails with no response.

I placed my order on March 28,2025 and still have not received my order or any updates concerning my order. The phone number that is listed for customer service does not even work. I use to swear by this company and their products but they have definitely gone down hill.
