I think I may have been scammed
I think I may have been scammed. I placed an order on 5/1/2025 through the shop app that way I can track it easily. It says it will shipped within 10 days. On day 10 I email the company about tracking information since I hadn’t received anything yet. No response from them, waited 2 days emailed them again no response back. I called the number listed on the website line rang once then fast busy signal. Sent them a message on Facebook no response. Received a FedEx tracking notification the next day but the numbers don’t match FedEx number sequence. Called FedEx to confirm and they can’t locate my package using those numbers. Filed a dispute with my bank and they said it could take up to 150 days. This is complete BS. I do recommend this company at all!

I ordered on march 12th it’s may 9 I sent 10 emails about it they give me the same run around “oh sorry for you convenience order is being processed ” bs 3 times and had the audacity to send me a discount code for next order but haven’t sent my order it’s disrespectful and shows money hungry scammers they have responded with same thing I called FedEx they still haven’t received anything i spent 170$ I won’t be supporting black owned businesses anymore they lie so much if you order from them expect to be disappointed either your order will be 5 months late or you might not even get it also the phone number they provide doesn’t work and they don’t do refunds just to get a reply on my emails I sent 3 emails back to back

If I could rate this negative I would customer service non existent my order must’ve disappeared this doesn’t make any sense I placed on April 11th and here we are may 8th no order yet. On may 1st I received an email stating my order was shipped I couldn’t click on the link that was provided it said access denied so I kept trying day after day after day nothing changed. So I logged into my account on their website and was able to locate the tracking number and when I went to go track it. Fed ex states the tracking number is invalid and doesn’t exist. So basically I got robbed of 72$ and yeah great business but hey support black businesses right. And I have contacted customer service through email numerous times got nothing no response no hey you’ve been scammed nothing I would’ve been satisfied with them telling me they scammed me. I don’t want to hear about how they under new management like they have time to be on social media making posts but can’t answer emails
