I love this brand the products actually work…!!!!!!

I have used this for awhile and love all the products

Love this soap started seeing results in 3 days after use and this just made me love it more. I just had to stalk up on these.....my face have never been this clear and glowing

Easy payment

It’s almost a month later since my package shipped. Never received anything in the mail. I have emailed called never received help on what could have happened or explanation on how we can resolve this issue.

I can’t wait to get my order. I’ve been looking for authentic African sponges.

I’ve been using Rich and Clear for over 5 years and they’ve never failed me. I was in search of a cleanser that actually worked and ever since I came across this brand I knew I found the one. The results don’t lie!

Haven’t yet tried the soap but I’m very excited to see how it works as there are very good reviews here!

UPDATE: they do not answer to emails/calls and still no product. Will be disputing the charge with my bank because I don’t like companies that do bad business. Most of those 5 star reviews are just to get the coupon for the next purchase but you can’t even deliver the first?!

SCAMMERS!

I ordered products from Rich & Clear on June 27, 2024, through the Affirm app. I paid off the loan on July 12, 2024. In August, I reached out to them to inquire about the shipping status of my products, but they did not respond. I also contacted Affirm to inform them that I hadn’t received my order, but they were unhelpful. As a result, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my bank.

Despite my attempts to obtain a refund, this company (Affirm) reopened my loan, which had been paid in full, and now claims that I never repaid it despite my proof of payment. I sent them my bank statement along with two letters from my bank stating that I would not be reimbursed for the transactions. However, Affirm refused to accept my documents as proof and sent the fraudulent bill to collections.

I’ve been scammed twice, once by Rich & Clear and now by Affirm. You will be wasting your money if you order from this company.

Never receive my order

Haven’t heard anything about my order for more than 2 months, so i just waisted my money, as most ppl in the review section here 🥲

Ordered product on August 1, 2024. Have not received it. Sent an email to support. No response. Sent a message on their social media account. Got an automated message. These people are frauds who take your money knowing the customer will never receive the product. Don't buy anything from them.

This company is a horrible scamming company. I live in England and ordered from them in May time passed and heard nothing no updates at all to even say item was shipped. I contacted them several times no response I decided to raise a dispute with my bank who gave me a refund back, they then cancelled the order I didn’t care at that point. The company now have the cheek to dispute with my bank asking back for the money are they serious….AVOID AT EVERY COST scammers wish I could give them a minus they need to be put out of business it’s disgusting how a company can take money from someone never ship an item and then ask back for the money for an item they never sent what craziness is that!!!!!!! I am fighting this all the way they are not having my money for nothing

Horrible scammers!!! I’m reporting to any and every agency I can find. It’s companies like this that should be sued for fraud. I’ve never in my life had such a horrible experience. Looking at the reviews they should be the defendants in a class action lawsuit.

Same as everybody else. No response to emails regarding order. Took my money and I received nothing.

Attention all consumers!!!!! do not trust this company. This company is a scam. I placed to order on July 11. They took my money. I still have not received my order nor have they sent me my money back.

I'm extremely disappointed with Rich and Clear. I placed an order three months ago and still haven't received my product. I've been left in the dark with no updates or resolution. The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of service and quality, especially when it comes to something as important as skincare. Unfortunately, Rich and Clear has failed to meet these basic expectations, leaving me feeling frustrated and let down. Until they improve their shipping and customer service, I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!

Okay so I gave this company 3 trials. Each time, my SOAPS took 2 or more months to arrive with no reasonable explanation. It did arrive but you are better off finding a more consistent brand. I always monitored their instagram comment section, as I thought mine was a peculiar situation but no! Because of everyone having the same complaints, the rich and clear team decided to restrict the comments on their posts!!! I don’t understand how much more shady a business can be. Imagine Fenty skin restricting comments, RIDICULOUS. But I guess that’s why they aren’t Fenty Skin
