Got our hot water working again very quickly and offered some sound advice for the future.

Just wanted to say thankyou for Joe & James coming out to Skipton yesterday to service our Air Source Heat Pump, they were punctual, polite, very clean and tidy in every aspect of their work, Joe even re-programmed our wall thermostats to hopefully make our underfloor water heating more efficient in the winter.... respectful to our house, took his outdoor boots off & we didn't even ask him to.

The work was carried out very professionally. The workmen were very polite, cleaned up very well after themselves and explained to us how the new boiler worked prior to leaving. We have since recommended this company to two of our neighbours.

Phil, Joe and Harry were extremely experienced, efficient and helpful in installing our Vaillant AroTherm Plus Heat Pump (Air Source) in hybrid configuration with existing boiler. The job took less time than I thought and Phil took the time to explain the characteristics of this new heating system. Based on his initial heat survey of the house, Phil has a good understanding of what will fulfill the heating requirements of a house /building.

Excellent in all respects! Phil inspired confidence when he came to provide us with advice and a quotation. Our confidence was not misplaced and the installation was carried out efficiently and with good humour - our sincere thanks to Phil, Joe and all their team.

Really good service from a company I have not dealt with before. They did everything I could have asked for, paid me a visit to help me to choose the right boiler, and organise the fitting. Engineer turned up on time and worked all day on the job, talked me through the operation of the boiler and new thermostat and ensured everything was working and I was happy before leaving. The price was exactly what was agreed up front. In my opinion this is an excellent trustworthy local company, and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to anyone.

We had 2 oil boilers serviced and an issue with some of the radiators resolved. They were on time, efficient and thorough. Also great aftercare with a minor issue responded to swiftly. Would highly recommend.
