Had a couple of repairs on our old boiler and decided it was time to get a new one. Mike visited, discussed options available, and gave plenty of advice for what we'd need. Agreed a date and fitted new one within a couple of weeks. All done in timely manner, great service and value, very happy with service received.

Very professional service. We had a fault with our boiler and Mike came to our house an hour later to diagnose the fault. We decided to get a new boiler as ours was 20 years old and Mike fitted it a few days later. He did a great job and was very efficient. Would recommend Northwest Plumbing Solutions if you need any advice or if you need a new boiler fitting.

Recently had a new Worcester boiler and radiator replaced by Northwest Plumbing Solutions and very happy with the service so far. Our old boiler had been leaking and eventually stopped heating hot water - we needed a new boiler as it was forecasted to be cold and snowy over the next few days, thankfully Mike was able to come out quickly over the weekend to go through the boiler options and fit the boiler in over the next couple of days. He was very thorough and talked us through what we needed to be brought up to standards, we ended up getting extra TMVs fitted and opted for the Bosch Easy Touch thermostat as well as getting another radiator replaced in our bathroom. Work took just under a day to get this all carried out.

Fabulous service, so helpful and professional, went above and beyond sorting out a recent boiler problem, sorting out all my warranty ( which I didn't know I had) I really wouldn't consider using anyone else!

Super efficient- after a leak into the kitchen I needed a new shower and impressed by all the reviews I read about this company made contact. Mike came back to me very quickly, asked a few questions, I sent some pictures and Mike came back to me with a quote that evening.
