Had a brand new boiler installed by Stephen from JJK Gas Services and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Stephen turned up on time, was super knowledgeable, and completed the boiler installation to a really high standard.
He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. It’s great to find a gas engineer who genuinely cares about doing a quality job.
Called JJK for an emergency repair, they were prompt and professional. They reassured me the repairs would be done the same day and it was!!
I liked that there was no surprise with the cost, they didn’t add any additional fees for it being an awkward repair.
