Excellent Level Three Survey
We have used Antony for two surveys in the last few months, he’s very reliable and provides a great service. The written report you receive is very thorough and he will call you after the survey for a verbal update, which is super helpful.
If you then have any follow up questions he responds quickly. We highly recommend FRC and hope to use Antony for any future moves.

Comprehensive survey
This survey was arranged at last minute and completed within a very short time. They made sure that anything we expressly wanted examined was covered. Following the survey we had a very useful verbal report. This was followed up a short time later by a full written report which was very comprehensive in detail. These details enabled us to confirm to our solicitor that the purchase may go ahead. Thank you RFC.

Excellent service from Antony of RFC Surveying. Level 2 survey but the looked and felt to a Level 3 standards. Contact and discussions where in depth and with knowledge giving reassure of what we needed to know about the property we as planning to buy
