I am buying a house at the the other end of the country and am unable to physically view it so, a survey, was a must. Everything was arranged by LMB, they liased with the estate agent and everything was completed within 10 days of initial contact and the report was emailed 2 days after the inspection. I was amazed at how in depth and detailed the survey was and it has proved invaluable.
Very impressed all round.
