Bloody Kisses fail

Ordered a limited release of Bloody Kisses by Type O Negative on vinyl. Was only sent a magazine. Reached out to customer service to try and get my album sent to me (had to do it twice because they stopped responding) and they would not send me a copy. Said they would provide next steps after a picture, but the next steps never came. Finally just asked for a refund. They seem to have a reputation for doing this.

I ordered a Type O Negative album.. I got the package and there was no record.

I ordered the Type O Negative Bloody Kisses album. Package was delivered without the record in it and only a book and a picture of Type O. Reached out to customer service and they apologized and never responded again. Currently trying to get my refund from PayPal but they keep saying it was delivered since they sent me a random package. Sent all the pictures and proof to PayPal so hopefully that works out.

God Awful Customer Experience

I ordered the City Morgue vinyls the day they went up for sale around March. While it is really annoying that it was scheduled to be shipped in August, I understand that that is how vinyls are now. Problem is I have still yet to receive 2/3 vinyls. Of course delays can happen, but I never received any emails about any delays, so for all I know, I should have received all 3 in August. The only reason I know about the delays is because I'm in the Zillakami subreddit and I would constantly check the webpage for the vinyls to check for updates. I have emailed the support team regarding my vinyl actually getting shipped so many times that I have lost count and I would only get "it will ship sometime" or just ignored in general. People on the Zillakami subreddit had received their vinyl 3 months ago, but yet here I am, someone who ordered it the day it went up, without anything to say for it. While yes I did receive 1/3, I basically had to get down on my knees and beg just for one of them to be sent. If I could give less than one star, I would take away every single star they have been given and more. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and while I really hope they do something to fix this, I highly doubt they care. They took my money for the products I ordered, have not sent me it, and continue to ignore me. At this point, I have no reason to believe that they will actually fulfill my order.

I preordered a type o album. They just kept bumping the release date. They quit answering my emails. Pure trash for customer service. Worthless company and a bad experience. I don’t have the album or the money back yet.

Never again

Don't bother with these clowns. The courier "couldn't find my address" so returned the item to Revolver in August. They refuse to do anything about this until they receive the return....which lets face it, isn't going to happen if it's not there by November....so basically I'm screwed. No product and no refund. Will never buy from them again.

For comparison, I had a similar thing happen with Mondoshop and they got a replacement out within 10 days which arrived promptly.

This company robs people.

I ordered from the Type O Negative merch drop back in January and I have yet to receive my almost 300 dollar order. The last update (3rd reschedule, btw) I recieved said the orders would be going out late July and if that changes we would be notified. It is now late October and I have not been notified. Customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with and did nothing to help or answer my questions. Savr yourself the headache and do not do any business with this company.

Do NOT Order From this Company

Do NOT order from this company. I place an order over 4 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I keep contacting their so-called "customer service" and get nothing but automated responses that offer no explanation or solutions. I am starting to think that they have just stolen my money and I'll never get what I ordered. WORST customer service ever. I could have bought the same items from Amazon for cheaper and gotten them in two days.

Over 6 weeks for dispatch!

I placed an order in August to ship from the US to the UK. Email stated it would be delivered with 6-8 weeks. Plenty of time until the November birthday I was buying for. 6 weeks later, it still hadn't been shipped so I emailed and asked when it would be sent. They said 'asap' but a week later it still hadn't been sent so had to ask again where it was! Now it's mid October and it's only just been shipped so gotta wait another 6-8 weeks for delivery! Unbelievably poor performance from a company I thought was decent.

Super Slow!

I ordered two shirts from the revolver magazine shop. It has been 3 weeks and my order has not been fulfilled. I will never order anything from them again.

Very bad customer service! Awful!

Very bad customer service, they took an eternity to answer my inquiry about a damaged vinyl record they sent me, and then when answered they just asked for pictures and after I sent them the pictures again took a couple of weeks to answer and they answer that the return only can be done if I send them the item within 14 days oo receiving it. Not collaborative at all and not willing to help.

Ignoring refund requests

They somehow managed to print the wrong address for the package. My limited edition band tee got lost and they've been ignoring my request for a refund for a month now (mind you, I did pay additional fee in case of lost items due to shipping).

Update: thank god I got the refund - but only because I paid for the shipping protection. It's actually baffling that without it there's no way to get your money back even when the mistake is clearly theirs!

Terrible vinyl shipping service

Terrible vinyl shipping service. They sent a very expensive and rare record in a flimsy box that did not even look like it had a record in it. Additionally, for the cost of the vinyl and shipping, one would think that a "Fragile" sticker or mark would be automatic. NOPE. Record was damaged. No refund, No exchange, No desire to even communicate about it. There are plenty of other record sellers that CARE! Go to Discogs. Don't support this company.

Bought a Pantera white vinyl box set for $400, waiting 6 months for the shipment. Was told it was on the way, waited another month then finally contacted them only to discover that actually it hasn’t shipped because the vinyl, box and magazines were all mixed up in numbers. They couldn’t give me matching numbers as per the actual listing. I rejected this so the cancelled my sale - really poor customer service, poor management of it all and 6 months waiting. I don’t think I will order another record from them. It’s not a good business

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. Ordered a limited series mini guitar which arrived broken. The order cost me 60 USD, the seller only offers a 10 USD voucher for their store (which I obviously don't want to use again) or to ship the broken item back to them at MY cost. They obviously take no responsibility for their screw-ups. Never ordering from them again.

Placed a pre-order for a Limited…

Placed a pre-order for a Limited edition vinyl, have been charged the same second, then 've been waiting for 6 months...and at the end they just canceled my order, just 2 days before release! As a result can't get even a basic release, as it sold out!! Sent an e-mail, why did they do that,- NO REPLY, whatsoever!!! Shame on you!!!

Damaged Vinyl, Very Poor Customer Service

I had placed a few orders of vinyl records from Revolver to import from the USA to the UK. Everything was fine, untill it wasn't. I pre-ordered Rob Zombie's newest record and paid via PayPal.
The album arrived several months later, damaged and unplayable.
I contacted Revolver who really couldn't care less, they said they don't offer returns or replacements to international customers. They did however offer me a catch-22 option where I could pay for the return delivery myself and receive a refund for the record but not the initiall postage cost , this would've meant that it would cost me more to return the record than I would've received in a refund.

It's a real shame as they produce very limited and interesting designs for many bands that I like but it's utterly pointless if there's a chance the record can arrive with a manufacturing defect and you can't do anything about it.

If you still feel compelled to order from Revolver Magazine's store then either pay with a credit card so you can issue a chargeback or pay with PayPal but Only if you're sure the item will arrive within 90days so you have time to open a claim.

Placed a large order and was charged the same day. It has been a month and my order STILL hasn't been shipped! Contacted customer support and they allegedly shipped it...but over a week later the tracking number shows "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". This company is very shady!
