I have been in touch with Kayla for the past 3 weeks. It has been a month and the product has not shipped. I am told "rest assured" with out high volume it is taking a little longer from the USA to get to Canada. I have asked to cancel the order and was advised it has already been shipped so they cannot do that. Interesting, considering it only has the label printed at this point. I have tried to cancel any future subscriptions however the link does not work and you can contact support, the same email i have been using to speak with Kayla. I am disputing with the credit card company.

Massive scam!!!! I ordered and it said it was shipped never received it then look a week later and they placed another order out of my account. I emailed them and no response. Contacted my bank and they got me a new card to stop them from continuing to charge me. Send 3 emails and still no response and there is no way to stop the subscription I never signed up for.

I’m just going to take it straight to the point. I placed an order on April 11,2026. I still don’t have my order. I was charged for a subscription that I didn’t sign up for. I reached out weeks ago with no response? I called the fake number and it’s not in service. I received an email response from them finally apologizing and saying there was a misunderstanding with the subscription. She stated she cleared everything out and that I wouldn’t be receiving anymore products after this order. What she didn’t offer was my refund that I requested. I am going through disputes with my credit union to get this money back. I am very leery now about these sites. I am Googling every site I come across to make sure it’s legit. I’ll stick to Tik Tok with my purchases. They haven’t failed me yet. As for TrimTaste I will be adding them to the BBB list and reporting them to Shopify for scamming people. I replied back to her email and I basically let her know she’ll get her KARMA!!!

I have had the same experience as the previous customer. Never received the first order, then charged for a second order I didn't subscribe to at a price 3 times the amount. No response to any of my emails. Now waiting for my bank to step in and retrieve my money back.

Scam. Took money product never arrived.

Absolute scam, still haven't received product, tracking number provided was bullshit don't work.. No response

I had ordered this and I have not received my products and it’s been 2 weeks now I had got ahold of someone in the company cause they had double charged me and they tried to say it was shipped already. Don’t buy it from these companies they are scams. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company

I would give this company a 0 star if possible. I never received my first order. I quickly realized what I got myself into so I cancelled the subscription. Received the confirmation that my subscription was cancelled. Two weeks later I received an email about a new order and $81 was taken from my account. When attempting to get a refund, they stated they would give me 70% refund because the order had already "shipped". After two weeks of back and forth with support I still have not had a refund.

Crooks advoid at all cost ..utter scum in put in an order ..at a reduced price it hasn't arrived so I thought well ive lost £29 pounds ..so a fortnight later the crooks took £63 out of my account unknown to myself it was a repeat which they never stated emailed them about 7,8 times with out response....they absolutely disgust me...why would you want a repeat if you havnt recieved the first lot in the first place so no idea what its like ....Advoid at all cost

It’s a scam. I placed an order on March 23, 2026. I never received the order. April 9, 2026, I got billed over $100 for a 2nd order. The phone number was out of order. The email wasn’t a working email address. I clicked a link to send me an email so I could cancel it didn’t work. I found another email but they never responded.

Ordered and not received as per other reviews. I have emailed 5 times to cancel and no response at all.
WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT IF I SEE ANY ADVERTS ON ANY PLATFORM I WILL BE SHOUTING SCAM and trying to take £88 from my bank.

Please anyone who have been scammed and had money taken without permission and never received products report these scammers to federal trade commission it’s an American fraud reporting and can be completed even if you are in another country only takes a few minutes to fill out they won’t do anything for a single report however for multiple they will investigate lets get these guys shut down and hopefully they get massive penalties

Never received my order. Company does not reply to email. I reported them to credit card company to get my money back. DON’T order from them. It’s a scam

Fake company I placed order March 26th I didn’t receive nothing! We need file complaint to BBB also Wyoming police for running business defrauding clients. I already filed complaint with Wyoming Federation of Business Department, Shopify & Credit card company… Scam Company

Absolutely horrible. I ordered the 2 pack on sale then 2 weeks later they charged me for another 2 pack at full price and I still haven't even received the first one to know if I like it or not. Their customer service number is not in-service and no one has responded to my emails. Even if the product is good I will never order from them again. And I can't figure out how to cancel because the link never actually gets sent so I just had to remove my card from file. This company is a rip off.

If I could give them a zero I would. Charged me twice for something I never received. Tried customer service with no reply. Had to get a new bank card so they couldn’t charge me again.

Scam. Wish I read reviews before purchasing. Waiting 3+ weeks on my genuine order then £110 came out of my account for another order I never asked for. Never answer emails and cancellation email doesn't work. Hopefully with get refunded with my bank. Avoid!!

Wish I had done my usual and read the reviews first.
Placed an order as was a good offer, too good to be true. Taken my money, label has been created on 48 hours royal mail. This was about a week ago.

Tried charging me again for a subscription I didn't sign up for. Tried cancelling through link (that never arrives) and email (no response).

Been a few weeks now, no order, no response. My bank is aware as I questioned them trying to take more money and that I am still awaiting the original order, so hopefully can get a refund.

If I could give a 0 I would!! This company is a 100% scam!!! I ordered back on April 2nd I was given tracking # and it said item not found. I emailed not once but twice and then I got an email saying tracking number updated! Well guess what , that was also a tracking number that didn’t recognize my item/ order. Decided to try and call customer service, well NO can’t do that number isn’t in fricken service! So I was at the USPS so I decided to ask them if the tracking number was one of theirs and of course it wasn’t. It was fake! Everyone needs to stay away!!!
