Fully supportive. Just amazing. What a nostalgia hit aswell! Had a gameboy off of these guys before xmas.. sent it back for chargeable battery upgrade at my request. Done very quickly posted back in no time and a few photos on the way.

Good Product and Delivery Time
Very quick delivery. The device works well and makes the best out of an otherwise disappointing experience.
I should clarify that the 'disappointing experience' would've been a direct connection from my N64 to my smart TV. The Retro Scaler 2X made a big difference in the quality of display without spending hundreds of pounds.
Would buy from them again.

I ordered a couple of controllers for international shipping. There were some complications with the delivery carrier but Retrolize’s customer service made sure to keep me up to date, constantly monitoring the status alongside me.
