I had several issues with my GBC, I got in touch with them via the website and they were keen to help me out as well as going above and beyond to help improve my device aswell as solve my issues.
While my device was being repaired I was being told about issues I wasn't even aware of, due to dodgy previous modding, Retrolize are absolutely professional and know what they are talking about!
They aren't the kind of modder who wants to get things done as quickly as possible and rush the job, they take time and care which I found really refreshing!
They kept me up to date with progress and any issues on the way aswell as any optional extras or suggestions, including issues I wasn't even aware of, a real wealth of knowledge.
Modders are like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get.

I ordered a modded Gameboy colour with IPS screen and rechargeable battery along with a cartridge for games. Everything was in great condition upon arrival and worked perfectly.

The process of discussing what shell and other customisation options that I wanted etc was smooth and efficient, they were clear and communicative about every step!

They were more than willing to answer any and all questions, which was incredibly helpful.

I have since recommended them to friends, as I know trying to find a legitimate seller for modded retro consoles can be hard to come by!

I wholeheartedly recommend them to others and I look forward to making another purchase from them in future!

Absolutely fantastic!

I emailed the Retrolize team to enquire about a custom Gameboy, with a specific shell colour and modifications in mind. They responded really quickly, helping me to get exactly the custom Gameboy that I wanted. They contacted me to let me know they had finished creating my Gameboy, and literally the next day it arrived! The presentation and extras that came with the Gameboy were nothing short of incredible! It came in a nice display box, with a really handy case for the Gameboy, and other extras that just blew all my expectations out of the water! The Gameboy itself is beautiful, and I was very happy to receive all the exact modifications I wanted (even including an OLED screen) at a fair price. I would absolutely recommend them - they were always professional and friendly, but you could also tell from the final product that they really care about what their doing. 10/10

Well I couldn’t have been happier i received my device within 2 days. And what’s even better is the fact that they upgrade the SD cards that come with the unit (they’re prone to failure)

Started my experience with Retrolize with communication with Steve. At first I wanted a Gameboy Color with IPS screen. During this decision I changed my mind and opted for a Gameboy Advance instead. This was already pre built and ready to ship. Well packaged, came with USBC cable, hardcase, cloth. Complementary keychain and sweets were a lovely gesture.

Communication was fantastic. Overall experience was above and beyond expectation. Highly recommend this company if you want a nostalgic console upgraded to modern times.
