Team was very quick and professional. It was easy to book and get updates.

Resupply did a fabulous job of keeping me apprised of the time when the driver would arrive to pick up my donation. Resupply sent me text messages as well as e-mail messages, and the driver called me in advance when he got close to my home. The driver arrived on time to pick up my donation and everything went smoothly! Superb job by Resupply!

Process was straightforward. I was able to get clarification through the chat option pretty quickly and the individuals who came to do the pick up were great.

This is a total scam. Movers do not arrive on time. Hidden charges more than double the estimate. Reservation was made weeks in advance with the assigned charity and driver, but no call to tell me what was and what would not be accepted. Puts customers in a very difficult situation having to change things last minute. Will NEVER recommend the service to anyone. The charities partner with Resupply should be ashamed of themselves. We’ll never donate again.

The ReSupply personnel arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly. They completed the work quickly and with little interruption to my household. Great Job and I would recommend ReSupply for any of you donations!

The ease of scheduling my donation was amazing and then the timely arrival of the drivers was excellent. Thank you for making this an easy process.

The movers were kind and communicative. Unfortunately, they did break a door off a piece of solid wood furniture due to not securing the doors. I’m not sure if they had access to a strap or rope to secure the doors but it is a shame I paid to donate something that ended up being broken.

The two gents quickly loaded a 170 pound compressor on the truck to take it to someone who can use it.

Not on time hour and 20 minutes late.

Scheduling a pickup was relatively easy. The truck arrived within the scheduled time frame and date initially requested. Giovanni was very cordial, and he and his assistant packed the truck in relatively quick time. Again, thank you for your assistance.

The movers were super great and just lovely to work with! I would only say 4 stars to ask that you make those requesting item pick up to give accurate dimensions and descriptions for the movers. They just get some generic messages about 4 desks, large. I think it would be great for them to be able to know exactly what they are getting into and I'm sure you already have their labor needs and truck/trailer dimensions to know how to match pick ups.

Also the customer service response time was great and easy to use!

I liked that the movers listened to my recommendations and were careful.
I was very disappointed though: no way they can reuse our furniture which were in perfect condition and valuable. Everything was thrown in the truck. So why call it donation?

I used your service to donate my office furniture and used your website to book the donation pickup. During the booking, I inputted all of the furniture I would like to be picked up and then submitted my payment. At no point was there a mention that the office supplies would not be accepted by Goodwill and that I would need to pay an extra $650 as a dump fee to get everything out. I am extremely disappointed in your service and would go as far to call it a bait and switch scam. You knew I had office furniture with desks, bookshelves, and filing cabinets. You should include the $650 dump fee in the booking price instead of making me waste my day.
