While your customer support was quite good my overall experience was subpar and one that I will not be repeating.
Not only was I charged for items that were not taken it was not made clear that if items taken were rejected I would ALSO be charged a recycle fee in addition to the haul away fee. My understanding was that if the driver took the item, it was in acceptable condition.
Had I known that was not the case I would not have hired your company and would have thrown the lot into the dumpster that was coming the next day and save myself $400.
I was only hoping that someone else would be able to make use of the items I no longer had a use for.

Easiest process to schedule pickup, adjust details, and non-stress. I would have donated other items long ago had I known it was this easy!

Why do we have to PAY to donate? It defeats the purpose. I won't ever do it again, it will go into the trash.

The driver was courteous, clearly stated the process then was efficient, careful and fast when taking items out of the house and loading them on the truck.

The service members were fine, but having my item filed for recycling, when I thought it was going to get a second life, was very disappointing

I wish what they quoted me was what the price I was to pay. I was charged $150.00 more than the price I was told when I submitted my request.

Resupply did a fabulous job of keeping me apprised of the time when the driver would arrive to pick up my donation. Resupply sent me text messages as well as e-mail messages, and the driver called me in advance when he got close to my home. The driver arrived on time to pick up my donation and everything went smoothly! Superb job by Resupply!

Process was straightforward. I was able to get clarification through the chat option pretty quickly and the individuals who came to do the pick up were great.

This is a total scam. Movers do not arrive on time. Hidden charges more than double the estimate. Reservation was made weeks in advance with the assigned charity and driver, but no call to tell me what was and what would not be accepted. Puts customers in a very difficult situation having to change things last minute. Will NEVER recommend the service to anyone. The charities partner with Resupply should be ashamed of themselves. We’ll never donate again.
