Setting up appointment and having them come on time were very easy. They were efficient in the removal also. Only issue was the charges were about $60 higher than the original quote.

It was a quick and efficient process, we had furniture to donate, we called, and the next morning a two man crew arrived, right on time. The system notified us (online) of the progress through the whole process. The movers were courteous and careful. Highly recommend.

We had two pickups cancelled that was most inconvenient. However, when the two guys did arrive on the third try, they were great.

I do know what to expect. However I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Dave Gayle and his crew were professional, friendly and were very careful when handling the furniture. He explained everything in detail how the pricing worked. I would recommend them to anyone in need. I definitely will use them again if need be.

Appointment originally scheduled for 5/3 from 12-4. That was cancelled by the company and rescheduled for 5/4 from 12-4. Couldn’t get an ETA finally at 5:00 I get a message that driver is on his way. He was a no show no call. Finally picked up on 5/5 for the full price. No break for all the aggravation. Won’t do this again

James& Alex were very professional and helpful in donating my china cabinet. They were both carefu with loading it up in the truck.

It was really a great, easy experience!

This company is dependable and very easy to work with. Scheduling was quick and follow up about arrival time was very helpful.

When driver arrived they said they could not take the mattress and box spring. There would be an additional disposal charge if they did. If this is the case then why not mention this when listing items in the first phase. I was lucky that I had room in my moving truck. Charging for good items at ressuply rates are ridiculous as well. I am done donating to Goodwill.

The crew who showed up to pick up furniture were awesome.
But the assistance getting tax receipt and the detailed final invoice to print has been a nightmare. I asked for a paper copy to be mailed but never received a response.

I was quoted 260 [approximately] given you might not be able to take everything. The total cost was almostv
$500 twice the original. As far as pickup- was great, good communications with me etc. Only problem was cost. Was going to use again as I have more stuff but in view of pricing won't be back. I am all for supporting veterans.
