Easy to work with! Good communication on their arrival time. Easy to schedule. They were careful when moving appliances out of my home.

Movers were two great guys
Movers were two great guys. Process to get the furniture to the truck took about 10 mins which was quick. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had more charges added to the donation. If I new it was going to cost me almost $100 more than what was estimated I would of sold my small sectional couch instead of donating it.

The two gentlemen were fabulous
The two gentlemen were fabulous. They efficiently got my furniture being very careful as they did it. They were on time, polite, thorough. Scheduling was easy. Just wish you covered Moultonboro NH.

The drivers were prompt and courteous
The drivers were prompt and courteous. I was not aware that there would be an extra charge for rug removal, even though I stipulated that two rugs would be removed.

Great service. Note on glass items
They did a good job and in the planned time frame. The staff was professional and careful. The estimate was adjusted on the spot due to the size of our couches, which was expected.
We appreciated the text letting us know that the truck was on its way.
Note that glass items cannot be donated and can be removed, but are taken to the dump instead of donated. (I could have given it away, had I known this.)
Otherwise, great job.

I had some very heavy furniture pieces…
I had some very heavy furniture pieces to get down the stairs. When the guys from JDog showed up, I was immediately relieved because they were very fit so I knew they could do the job. Also, they carried themselves like military men which made me relax all the way because I could trust them in my house. As a senior lady living alone, that is the most important thing. I will use them from now on.
