Hi Ana,
We are genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this could have caused. We would like to take the opportunity to explain the reason for the recurring charges coming from our company Resumehelp. When you subscribed to our product and selected our 14-day trial for US 2.90, you automatically signed up for our monthly subscription service, which charges your credit card every four weeks, until you decide that it has met your needs and cancel your subscription. In order to avoid any misunderstanding this information is provided multiple times before and after the subscription is bought, we also provide this information on the welcoming email sent during the purchase.
Please let us know if we can help you with anything.
Best regards,
ResumeHelp.
