They use false advertising
They use false advertising to make it seem free, but its not free. They make you pay like 15 bucks for a resume that you made. they also make it super hard to delete the account dont use them

Do not use this service
I called the number to try to figure out how to cancel my resumee. The lady on the phone wanted my personal information. My birthdate my age. I told her I was not comfortable giving her my personal information. She yelled at me then stopped and proceeded to ask me again my personal information. I told her I would not give I would not give it to her I just wanted my subscription cancelled. She hung up on me.

If I could give resume help a Negevtive star i would. I have been continuously charged despite me cancelling. I have requested multiple refunds to which only one was refunded along with requests to cancel my emails are being ignored and all I want is my money back.

Don't waste your time building the resume if you Aren't planning on paying at time of completion. there isn't even an option to save the resume until you can pay later.
