Risposta di JobHero - Resume Examples & Samples
Hello,
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration you have experienced regarding your billing, especially concerning the multiple charges you mentioned. We want to assure you that our service is transparent, and we provide a clear overview of our subscription model and billing terms before, during, and after the sign-up process. We understand your concerns and would like to provide some clarification.
Our service operates on a subscription basis. After the initial fee, which grants full access to all features, if the subscription is not cancelled, it automatically renews into a paid monthly plan in order to maintain uninterrupted access. These conditions are presented during the registration process, including at the point of purchase, within the terms and conditions, and again in the confirmation email sent immediately after the initial payment.
However, receiving two charges in a single month is definitely not our standard procedure and usually indicates a duplicate account or a technical billing anomaly. We understand and recognize the importance of absolute clarity and accuracy at all stages of the customer experience, and we are committed to investigating this immediately.
To provide you with the direct support you need and resolve this double charge, please look for a message from Trustpilot asking for your account information. We are fully committed to reviewing your billing history, changing your opinion about us, and ensuring you receive the excellent customer service we take pride in.
Best regards,
JobHero Customer Service Team.

Really impressed but not perfect
For the most part, very easy to use and I like the upload feature that allows you to upload a résumé or cover letter that you've already been working on.
The one drawback of the software is that when you paste an existing set of words into job hero, sometimes when it makes a suggestion for a grammar or sentence, rewrite it will replace it with fragments of a word instead of whole sentences.
This can be a little bit irritating, considering that there were a couple times. I had to do the process over several times before it finally did what I wanted to do.
