Great for resumes, be weary of subscription transactions
This is a great website to get your resume built through. Although, pay attention to the trial expiration dates if you commit to one. I did not realize I paid for a trial, and was charged several times as a premium account user. And somehow charged me twice in one month when it’s supposed to be a monthly subscription. Although, after speaking with customer service, they were able to resolve all the issues and get my refunds back to me in a timely manner. Just don’t make the same mistake as me!

Its a great assistance to help format and update the resumes and cover letters but I haven't snagged a job yet and I wish I knew where I could be going wrong since I have good work history
I need more feed back since I have still yet to get a job but my resume is very professional looking after a few tries I got a great looking resume and cover letter too. So why dont I attract more offers from the jobs I really want

Over Charged / denied me refund / my bank don't play that !! Bank of America for the WIN!!
They charged me for something I canceled back in October 2024 . They tried to correct the issue by giving a 50% discount to continue using the service but don't want refund me the money that they took from me and I had proof. Customer service rep was nice but the company is a scam be careful. Even if I purchase in October I have proof I opted out . This is something I have experienced in the pass so I am very mindful. If I used your services and paid the 2.95 then opted out how on 1/13/26 am being charged $23 if its auto that means I should have since a charge in Nov- Dec?? why on now . I haven't used it since and you have record of it . Make it make sense.
