Great company and service!

Sorry I hurt your feelings
My past reviews have been removed because apparently if your shared experience is upsetting to the business involved TrustPilot will request that you change the review, I'm unsure how this is right or proper for an apparently unbiased review service.
Basically my elderly mother has had to have a whole new current account setup to prevent repeated attempts to take a direct debit for a long expired policy.

Easy to organise, prompt attendance and repair carried out. The initial visit to diagnose the problem was appreciated and then, once the part arrived, the repair was carried out at a time to suit me. Both staff I met were professional and polite.

Everything went great until I we to empty my sink and the driver pulled out my pipe wat drained my sink and did not TELL me and I was not happy cause it flooded my kitchen floor
