Found the staff helpful and friendly. The only problem being their pronunciation of the names in my Welsh address. (No more though than any other non-Welsh person!). If their helplines are as efficient, then I shall be well pleased.

My contact was efficient but friendly - the reps must make and take so many calls each day and as professional as they are, it must sometimes be hard to put the liveliness and warmth into every chat but in my experience they do so admirably.

Prompt and great service
Engineer arrived at time he said he would be. Diagnosed problem very quickly ordered the replacement parts which arrived the following day. I contacted him to let him know the parts were here and a little while later he arrived fitted the parts and tested the machine and all been well since.

I've been with repair and assure for 6…
I've been with repair and assure for 6 years now and they've been great. When my washing machine broke, they didn't repair, but replaced it with a new one
Staff are very accommodating, polite and will always try to help you as best they can

R&A insurance renewal
I had a phone from R&A telling me about the renewal of the insurance which we hold with them. The person I spoke to was very kind and helpful and we organised the renewal of the insurance cover. Very helpful and polite.
