This comany is an absolute disgrace
This comany is an absolute disgrace. They tricked me (on the phone with an unsolicited call from them to me) into buying further insurance on my washing machine even though I already have an extended policy. How they got hold of my details I will not know but they were so keen to get hold of my bank account details.... I quickly cancelled the policy when I discovered my existing cover was already in place. No apology from them and I've had to lie about my experience with them on their web-link, otherwise these comments would never be seen by Trustpilot or the general public...

My Hotpoint washing machine has totally broken down.
Its not worth phoning Repair and Assure LTD because they are telling you to Email them
I think I will have to look for a better insurance for Hotpoint washing machine.

The engineer arrived exactly when…
The engineer arrived exactly when arranged. Coffee offered because it was so early but he declined. I left him to his work, which he was very quick at and showed me the parts he had had to replace to fix my washing machine. He even replaced my dispenser as he had noticed it was leaking, this was over and above what had been needed. Very polite and very thorough. All in all a great service

Great company
The man arrived within time slot, he had the problem sorted within an hour. A hair bobble wrapped around the impeller, young man on the phone was courteous and got me a technician to respond within 24hours. I would recommend this company.

We had a fault with our fridge freezer… excellent service
We had a fault with our fridge freezer and made a call to Repair and Assure , they booked a call from Keegan their engineer who diagnosed the fault and contacted the office to order the parts , they arrived a couple of days later and after a quick call to confirm they had arrived their engineer Keegan arrived and carried out the repair .
He was very professional and extremely polite , he was very knowledgeable and also a tidy worker .
Excellent service , could not fault the service from start to finish . Thank you so much.
