I had an issue with my account and Mary was able to assist me with exceptional customer service and support.

Mary has been an absolute delight. She assured me with my issue and solved it right away. Mary was wonderfully helpful, and commend her for all of her attentiveness to an excellent client experience!

Customer Service is excellent, was helped by Mary, who really helped me when it came to cancelling my subscription. Which really shows they and Mary in particular care about helping the customer over trying to trap you into paying more a subscription you no longer need.

Mary was beyond helpful and professional, a real superstar. So thank you very much.

Scam website. Beware!
I signed up to a trial and called three real estate agents for properties advertised on Rentola.com.au. Each of the agents informed me the listings were very old and were rented a long time ago. They also advised the advertised monthly price is in fact a weekly price and it is a known fault with Rentola.com.au website.
I contacted Rentola but they never replied to me. I successfully got my money back via chargeback via my bank.

Very few listings, charged me $2 to find that out, and then a monstrous $65 for a monthly subscription a few weeks later despite my never having visited the site again, and receiving no reminder of an upcoming charge. Is now refusing to refund.

Mary's service was fantastic - prompt and friendly.

DO NOT USE. Absolute money grab. Do not use this service, difficult to cancel membership and then they send you emails for overdue payments and try to take money from your account after you have told them to stop, and send emails threatening debt collectors. Using a different name to hide from bad reviews elsewhere
