From my experience, the information presented on this company’s website does not appear to be accurate. The reviews seem heavily curated and don’t reflect the actual living environment residents may encounter after moving in. Properties are presented as safe and well-maintained, but the reality can be very different.

This lack of transparency is concerning and potentially misleading for prospective renters who rely on these platforms to make informed decisions. Allowing inaccurate or filtered reviews to shape public perception raises serious concerns about fairness and accountability. I believe situations like this deserve closer oversight to protect renters. ⚠️🏠

I was trying to reach out to the property management company about a property @11:15a. I have not received a call back. It’s been 4 days.

It works well if you are looking for ourself, the suggestions that they email never seem to match what you are looking for. Example. 2bed 2 bath is what we have been looking for, but we constantly get suggestions for 1 bed 1 bath or even studios. And they constantly email about these types of rentals that will not work for us.

I like getting the daily updates on available apartments. They don’t always align with my maximum rental allowance, but usually I can select from the offerings, those listings that meet my criteria so I can tag them as part of a dedicated and thorough search for best matches. It’s a good site with multiple listings to meet the needs of those seeking rentals in any given geographic area.

The License needed to process or store credit card information is showing Expired.

It's fairly easy to use to search apartments. Showing much of the Metro St. Louis area allows for larger search areas as well as zip codes. Only thing to make better is to allow for low income/disability places to be searched and messaged on requirements.

Five stars! RentCafe is my go-to for apartment hunting. The filters are incredibly helpful for finding specific amenities, and the website stays current with new listings daily. It saved me so much time.Thank you very much!🙏

I would have rated 5 stars however the EMAILS are way TOO much. Since creating an account 1 day ago I have received 7 emails-no lie. Besides that, so far Love all the filtering you can do while using the appt.

I still haven’t found a place to live after using this using your site for months

Poorly designed, confusing to use, lots of login issues, most recent posts are several months old.

I feel very frustrated because when I see an apartment that interests me, based on availability, the rental price, etc., when I contact the place, nothing is true. The price is higher, there's no availability, and if there is, they have a waiting list of around five years. And when I go to see it in person, it's very different from what's in the photos.

Looking for housing for me and my 2 kids.
Searches has good options and I found my dream apartment.

There are so many apartments that are listed. They don’t get back to you. I’ve called them multiple times emailed even reached out via the website and I hear nothing back. I think that they should do something about not having apartment to get back to potential applicants.
