So far so good I have put my application in. We are applied to Salem Manor and Salem Commons the experience I’ve had talking with the lady at the desk was unspoken. She’s so nice. She treated me very well and I’m looking forward to hearing from her with an apartment.

Rent Cafe offers beautiful apartment homes and then follow up on the apartments’ end and on our end. I like that they are genuinely concern. Thank you Rent Cafe.

The application process went good and communication was very good with location.

I like getting some pictures. I really like having easy access to the map. I like how easy to navigate the websites.
I probably just need to know how to save my preferences/needs, so I only look at apts like that. For example, I , cannot do stairs. Whether I rent 2 or 3 bedrooms, I need 2 baths. Can I have my small dog? And I must have A/C. I like a shower.

To many high priced options, not enough private landlord's

I think I get ads that are for places I'm not looking for. Like I only want places with a washer and dryer unit inside a one-bedroom apartment. I also would need a dishwasher as well. I'm on Section 8 so I need to know if it is rent reasonable. Some housing authorities in California have an online page where you could just plug in your income and the rent and it will figure out the utility allowance and tell you if it is reasonable for the person on Section 8 or not. There's no use looking at or applying for places that are too expensive and don't have a dishwasher and washer and dryer in a one bedroom. It's extremely been difficult to find places and I'm ready to move. Some ads don't have pics, or have too limited pics. Lots of places have too many junk fees, and change prices by the minute it seems. The website could list a range, dates of changes, and more info. For renters to use in order to be successful.

I've been approved for a 1 bedroom and paid the application fee and security deposit. I've also secured the renters insurance but can't pay the move-in charges on the website. My move-in is set for June 16th and I still haven't received a response from management.

It was relatively simple to navigate the website. Over all I'm pleased with the functionality. My only complaints that I messaged for assistance and never got any type of response. Fortunately, I was able to work out the problem myself and was able to complete and submit my rental application.

I am having an extreme hard time reaching the properties I am most interested in as there is not a phone number nor any other way if contacting them. I have applied but have not had any responses.

I am looking for specifics Apts, one or two bedrooms under 1150, ground floor, w/d a small or hook up. No or very little steps I use a walker.

The property manager if i am not mistaken hos name is Scott if he is the property manager he has been has been very helpful. He contacts as promised never left me in limbo kudos to Scott

The response time and the application was easy to fill out.

The set up is fine. But I have an illness the makes it hard to remember, comprehend and search for a 2 bedroom. I keep getting at least 6-7 texts a day, more co.fusion. than when I tried to search I was rerouted several times. I need help. And I keep getting asked to log in, am already logged in.

I would love to give you a five star, but I have been trying to get Housing due to a Cps case I got a job and I still can’t even get Housing. as a matter of fact, I thought families in the unification went first somewhere but every time the Cps gets a hold of Housing I get knocked down on the list again with less or more rooms doesn’t matter and I have proof! Somethings gotta give, and I can’t continue to try to imagine that I’m gonna get Housing help at any time in my life. This has been the third time and I still cannot gain Housing for me and my six kids under the age of 18 even with the full-time job and money HUD is not the way to go!

I have experienced repeated unauthorized entries into my unit, which is a direct violation of my fundamental tenant rights. Despite bringing these incidents to the attention of management, there has been no meaningful effort to secure the premises or provide the transparency required for a safe living environment. Residents deserve to feel secure in their own homes, yet the current management practices at Riverside Apartments foster an environment of instability.
​Failure to Address Persistent Disturbances:
Management has consistently ignored complaints regarding ongoing disruptions that violate the community’s own stated quiet-enjoyment policies. The refusal to address these disturbances effectively demonstrates a disregard for the daily quality of life of residents. It is clear that corporate oversight from Elmo Communities is failing to ensure that local management adheres to basic standards of professional conduct.
​Systemic Negligence and Lack of Accountability:
The administrative practices at this property appear to favor the dismissal of legitimate resident concerns over the basic requirements of the lease agreement. My attempts to seek professional resolution for these matters have been met with total indifference. This pattern reflects a significant failure in leadership, both at the property level and within the overarching management structure of Elmo Communities.
​Prospective tenants should be aware that the management team is failing to provide the level of safety, privacy, and professional accountability that residents deserve. I strongly advise anyone considering this property to look elsewhere, as the current environment does not meet the standards necessary for a safe and respectful community.

At first it was hard for me to find, now it's easy, I like to check off. And on for any updates or charges.

Very easy to install. Any & all transactions are smooth, fast & efficient. Never had any kind of problem using it. Thanks,C
