Great when searching properties

Requested to tour 2 different properties in Vallejo CA within the last seven days, neither properties called nor emailed me back
One of the property’s contact number was incorrect

Won’t be using or recommending in the future

I am attempting to pay a reservation application fee.

Good format, easy to read,
Owners do not always reply,
SOME properties are questionable,
Most in good to new conditions
Renters need more flexibility when considering finding a new home. Most renters are Forced to move because of the increases they currently suffer.
Some renters are never contacted by the landlord even after follow up emails

Unable to correct simple AI generated mistakes within reasonable time before critical lease signing dates. Computer software program not designed to accommodate 1099 incomes from retirees. Instead computer software program designed for employed people which is outdated. Need major business restructuring and development.

For making a payment it is fine. For other business it is not very intuitive.

Confusing they need to explain how the application works

It's been a great experience and super helpful. Keeps things all organized and IN one area, makes things feel less. Overwhelming. I do appreciate this site and am so grateful for the opportunity to have this available to me and otherS. THANK YOU

RentCafe moved to a password-less login a while back, and it is singularly the most annoying thing I have experienced online since the popup ads of the late 1990's. If my bank can use a password login, so can a rent payment portal.

I’ve never had any issues with the RentCafe Autopay app since setting it up a couple of years ago. Payments for January and February 2026 went through without any problems. However, in March, I received a notice from the Groves of Delray office stating that my rent was late and that I owed a $100 late fee.
What’s frustrating is that I had more than enough funds in my bank account to cover the payment. The office told me I needed to set up Autopay again, but that doesn’t make sense—if it was already set up and worked fine in January and February, why would March be any different? It seems like there may have been a system glitch, and there’s no guarantee it couldn’t happen again.
Now I’m out $100 and just hoping this doesn’t happen in the future. 🤞🤞🤞

I currently have a RentCafe account but it is not recognizing my active residency at fellwood III in Savannah. This is extremely frustrating, especially with my first rent coming due tomorrow 😕

WHEN I CLICK ON PAYMENT IN MY ACCOUNT, THE SYSTEM DISPLAYS ANOTHER PERSON'S CHECKING ACCOUNT. THIS GIVE ME ACCESS TO THEIR ACCOUNT WHERE I COULD PAY MY BILL FROM THEIR ACCOUNT.
