Nobody from these high rise buildings…

Nobody from these high rise buildings ever get back to you. What’s the purpose of reaching out. Out of the 12 I reached out to Presidential Towers, and Eleven40 never even responded after multiple attempts. May be a sign.

Rent Cafe is HORRIBLE!

Rent Cafe is HORRIBLE! If you pay rent using Rent Cafe, you know what I’m talking about!

I paid my May 2026 rent through Rent Cafe on April 24th and May 1st has come and gone and nobody knows what happened, but my payment on Rent Cafe disappeared into thin air. It took DAYS just to get the Rent Cafe app to work in the first place!

Thank goodness I have screenshots to prove EVERYTHING!

When you go to the Rent Cafe website, they tell you that you must go through your building management for any issues.

Unfortunately, my building management hasn’t been able to fix the issues with Rent Cafe either.

As I recommended to the ownership of my building, ask your building management to find a different rent payment app. There are a lot of rent payment apps, and if your building management is smart, and changes to a new rent payment app, you will thank me!
