I am only deducting a star because (1) I'm still being sent properties that are either not an area I have ever searched for and would never live in, (2) I'm still being emailed income-restricted properties, which i do not qualify for, and (3) i visited one of the properties near Disney bc no one was answering emails or phones.. and it turned out not to be a real rental (was a vacation home village someone was pretending was a vacation home village turned rental community.. and I wasted so much time and gas that day.

I've been required to use Rent Cafe since moving into my apartment a little over a year ago. I've always paid through my debit card and there's ALWAYS a $4.95 fee for the amount I'm paying. Every month. When I was considering setting up autopay via my bank account to avoid this fee ($60 a year), the disclosures state they must have access to my bank statements, all transactions, etc. This is TOO MUCH INFORMATION FOR THEM TO ACCESS. All they need is my routing number and my account number - which is all other creditors need as well. I declined to link Rent Cafe to my bank account.

It's a very helpful website as I am trying to find a new apartment. It's easy to navigate and seems to have all the information I need in my search.

I am thankful for all the sources i've been receiving, But I am mainly looking for availability of a One bedroom unit for affordable housing/ Below market places in great apartment units.
If you could provide that for me, it would be great!

Easy to operate to pay monthly rent.

It was very complicated and I had to have help. I am 86 years old and fairly well acquainted with my computer, but you folks made this area too complicated for many of us here at Parkplace. I am not a fan of all of this.....

A lot of info but not whether or not pets are okay. It would be nice to have room measurements.

The rentals are very nice looking and my boys are welcome. They're both rescues from the animal shelter and are very bonded to us

Well filled out an application for a rental property in Quarry’s edge three weeks ago and I have not gotten a response back I have called multiple times and and texted and left messages and no one answered so I feel like wasted my time and money.

all of the ads onsite are "old" customer service is virtual and calls are not returned. Still looking for an available rental

The login process has changed and it is absolutely the WORST!! I don't mind a MFA process but this seems to go beyond and has way too many steps. You put in your email, hit continue and then it ridiculously asks if you want to continue with email, Google or Apple. Then you need to have a link or code sent. Might be batting 50/50 to get the code. Seriously what is someone going to do with my login, pay my rent? It would appear they are trying to force users to download their app but I have no intention of ever using it. If I could force my landlord to take a check rather than using this dumb platform, I would. Looking to move and get away from this crap.

I have lived at Stratford Crossings for almost ten years. It has been the perfect place for me. The property has had three owners in that time, some better than others.But the beautiful location, close to woods on three sides (giving a feeling of country living,)the stores and restaruants within walking distance, (but out of view,) and the pool and workout room are all reasons to enjoy living here. We had hit a bump with new owners and an under qualified manager, but that has been resolved and the new manager is working with the knowledgable and efficient staff to bring back the positive appearance and
atmosphere. No, it isn't perfect(that comes in Heaven) but it is a great place to live with friendly people of all ages... babies to great grandmas.

I found the perfect apartment through Rent Cafe!
