Danushka really provided me a great service. I really recommend Amex as car rental provider in Dubai.

Booking process was very easy and the del

Had a very good experience with John. Good service, car was delivered on time. Quick service when i returned the car and got my deposit back on time. Thankyou a lot. Next time i will rent again!!

the car was old and dirty has bad smell, plus is no service at all ,with high mileage,

The car is very good, but there are no stickers indicating when maintenance is due, and your staff is also very bad because they read my messages and do not respond, and there is no one among them who speaks Arabic. Finally, maintenance also does not respond to any inquiries.

second time i am dealing with team and i can see there is zero improvement. No customer satisfaction what so ever. need to followup multiples time to get a car and 100% assurance that i will not get the car on time.

هذه فعلا تجربتى مع الايجار فى هذه الشريكة اكثر احتراما ومتابعة واسعار ممتازة

They are a group of thieves who tried to steal $370 from me as a deposit, and they did not respond to my emails or messages to them on WhatsApp, but I got it back from them by the force of Visa Card law.
Don’t rent from them, you will regret it

‼️Attention Don’t Touch‼️
Worse rental car experience in the last 15 years in the UAEz Never ever anymore.
2 hours delay in delivery, than very bad condition car ugly,, dirty, full of scratches, very less patrol
Inside & much more.
‼️Don’t Touch‼️

Very bad customer service
Total scam deposit no one wants to talk to you for the refund
Been waiting over a month nothing yet not even a reply to email.or message
Stay away they are very bad disrespectful and fraud
I will follow up with authorities in this matter and take legal action

We've paid online in advance to rent a car for one week from this company in Dubai. On the day of the supposed delivery they told us that the car is not in stock. Then they didn’t deliver the alternative car at the agreed time, made us wait for a day in our hotel room (stating repeatedly that they will come). Awful customer service, do not recommend it. I'm also scared to think if we will get our deposit back reading from the other reviews.
