Flawless customer service
I sadly lost my engagement and wedding rings that I’d originally purchased from Rennie & co over a decade ago. Not only were they able to make the same beautiful rings again from the models they keep but provided truly exceptional customer service (from the whole team) throughout the process. They went out of their way to help, were empathetic, extremely professional and responsive and so easy to deal with in every interaction. Delighted with my jewellery and with the flawless service - would highly recommend.

Very happy Fiancée!
Earlier this year I came across Rennie & Co and purchased an engagement ring - and whilst ring shopping is a minefield, the quality of their rings and diamonds are second to none, and I was incredibly pleased with the service. Andre was extremely knowledgable (and patient), so I was very reassured I was making the right choice. The aftercare and cleaning service is another great touch - we have since been in to see Dan for a clean and to try on the wedding bands. We will definitely be back for those nearer the wedding!

Family Business With a Personal Touch
Rennie & Co is a top recommendation if you are looking to buy a ring. It’s a family run business, which gives it a personal touch. We bought our ring from Dan, and after the first five minutes we understood that this is a man who knows his stuff and loves his trade. It was a stark contrast to a couple of other places we tried, there was never any pressure to decide or a push one way or another. We had initially gone to the shop for a resizing of my partners ring and he showed me some rings while we were there. I wasn’t entirely sure and he encouraged me to have a think, take my time and come back. A really friendly service that goes out of its way to help you make the right choice for you. I picked a ring I liked and Dan was able find a stone to fit my budget and specifications. Highly recommend the place, give it a shot. We’ll be back soon to pick my wedding ring!

We Came Back for The Wedding Rings !
We were well impressed with Rennie & Co in December last year when my partner chose her Diamond engagement ring. All of the details regarding cut, clarity etc were fully explained to us in a very helpful and professional manner without us ever feeling any pressure to buy. There was no question as to who we would go to see recently for our wedding rings and we again were well advised by Andre in the purchase of our platinum wedding rings. The experience has been outstanding. Dan was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between rings and their qualities in great detail which allowed us to make an informed decision. We were not pressured or obligated to buy a ring however as the selection of rings was wide we have decide to purchase one. The ring is beautifully made and meets all our expectations. Dan was extremely helpful and honest when giving me advice on purchasing an engagement ring. He spent as much time with me as was necessary. At no stage did I feel rushed, or pressured. This allowed me to take my time to come to my decision, which was reached with his guidance and expertise.

I was provided with a fantastic service from start to finish. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and not at all over bearing. You’re made to feel welcome and very comfortable. They’re very clear with communications and are transparent. They stand head and shoulders above the other jewellers along Hatton Garden. I highly recommend their services.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, Andre and Dan very relaxed easy going and friendly people. First shop we went into and felt absolutely no pressure to buy there and then.. because of this we did! Andre took the time to explain to us about diamonds and how to know what you’re looking at (good & bad) which made him unbiased and allowed us to choose for ourselves!

This was our second time purchasing…
This was our second time purchasing from Rennie & Co. I wanted something bespoke and I’m so glad we went back to this business, what they have created is gorgeous. They made buying a ring during a pandemic a breeze, sending me photos of different options and kept me informed throughout the process.
