Straightforward service, quality ring
Rennie and Co were straightforward, informing me of what they were able to do for me and what they were not, and were faithful to their commitment to producing quality rings and not wanting to cut on quality. My fiancé loves the ring and I know I've gotten a winner!

Can't recommend enough
We had a wonderful experience with Rennie & Co, André was extremely knowledgeable and offered great advice around the design of our wedding bands, plus getting my engagement ring resized. They posted our rings to us as we cannot go into store during the country-wide lockdown, and they included a thoughtful handwritten note with the parcel. Prior to this they called us to talk through what we'd prefer to do regarding collecting the rings. They are very conscientious and personable with their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rennie & Co’s Spencer and Andre treated my husband…
Spencer and Andre treated my husband and I with warmth and candor. Made the experience of replacing his ring a true pleasure. They were very detailed and ordered the same ring design but a size that’s a better fit. We needed the ring ordered from Germany then shipped to us in the US. From shipping to possible charges they were forthcoming and honest. I’d like to say Rennie & Co are our London jewelers which sounds posh to say. We will be sure to drop any time we are in London. They have some beautiful pieces and excellent taste.

I have used Rennie and Co for years now for quite a few items for my wife.
The service is always excellent and the quality of product is fantastic.
One thing they do know is their diamonds!

I was looking for a ring without a definitive idea in my head. André was full of very useful and practical advice taking into account whether it was for special or every day wear, which finger would be best, stones, fitting even mindful that it was the hand i’d hold a dog lead in. Settled on beautiful stacking rings. The service faultless with progress updates. Professional and welcoming.
I also needed my engagement ring re-setting. I felt happy to entrust it into their care for maintenance. I’d highly recommend this jeweller.
