I love my lily ring so much that Dan
designed! It fits perfectly too. It was such an enjoyable experience choosing my engagement ring with my partner. We went to 6 stores in London over 3 days and the selection of rings and service at Rennie and Co was completely stand out. It is no
surprise that they have recently been awarded best independent jewellery business. Can’t wait to choose our wedding bands soon.

Could not recommend Rennie & Co highly enough! We’ve just been in this morning and chosen my engagement ring! From walking into the shop, Dan and his Dad made us feel so comfortable. There was no doubt in our mind that we would want to give them our business. The selection of rings to view was great, and fantastic quality diamonds. They explained everything to us, and were really patient and encouraging, and very respectful of our maximum budget (no attempt to upswell). Had a thoroughly lovely experience - if you’re looking for somewhere, choose this place!

Dan was a great person to guide me through the purchase of an engagement ring. After chatting for an initial 'consultation' about what I was looking for, I soon realised it would be hard to find the quality of the advice Dan had given me elsewhere, and I instinctively trusted him. He went to great lengths to really understand what I was after, source it, check that it fitted with our expectations and then deliver it within a tight timeframe (despite it being a very bespoke order). A breath of fresh air in what initially felt like an intimidating industry (so much choice, many pushy sellers, large variation in quality and price).

From the moment we stepped foot in Rennie & Co, we knew we were in excellent hands. We explained to Andre that we wanted to reset my sapphire engagement ring and we didn't know where to start. Andre was so calm and patient and really supported us through the process and explained how it would all work. We couldn't have asked for a better and more memorable experience - I vividly remember the day I went to collect the new ring and wow - it's everything we ever dreamed of and more. Andre was so wonderful and helped us choose the right wedding band to match the new setting. My husband and I can't wait to come back to buy another special piece of jewellery and we couldn't recommend them enough!

Dan and Andre were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. We showed up on a Sunday without an appointment and they still squeezed us in. My partner was drawn to a few options and we ended up ordering a custom ring the day after. They kept me informed on the status of the order, and got it completed way sooner than expected. I would highly recommend Rennie & Co they removed a lot of stress so close to my big day and made it a really enjoyable and seamless experience so thank you.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience than the one we received at Rennie & Co. My fiancé and I went in to the store together to choose my engagement ring, and after not knowing where to start, Dan was so helpful and approachable, and he provided excellent guidance at every step of the way. When we had decided what kind of style we were looking for, he sourced a great choice of beautiful stones for us to have a look at, and ultimately had the most amazing engagement ring created for us. It is perfect and I couldn't have asked for anything better! What's more, Dan and his Dad made us feel so special when we collected it - it really made our day! I visited the store to purchase an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée 😃). We had an appointment with Dan, and the service from start to finish was exceptional, he spent considerable time taking us through all of the options, worked out her probable ring size, and not even being in the slightest way pushy. I decided to order my ring with Rennie and the communication throughout was great. Both myself and my partner are very happy with the ring and we will return for the wedding bands. Recommend!

What a fantastic experience. My wife and I went to Covent Garden today to buy an eternity band for her 50th. From the moment we walked in to the shop we received the warmest welcome and wonderful customer service. Incredibly insightful, helpful and gave us plenty of time to consider what we wanted.

Both Andre and Dan were superb, they helped me change my wife’s existing engagement ring whilst keeping the original stone and placing it in a pendant. We bought my wife’s engagement ring 19 years ago and they were able to retrieve the information on her ring to suggest alternative designs and changes, this was all remote due to COVID restricting visits to their showroom. I highly recommend Rennie & Co, fantastic jewellery and the highest of service.
