Strolled upon Rennie and Co on a quiet Sunday afternoon in search of wedding bands. Incredibly warm welcome from Andre upon arrival, he thoroughly guided us on the most suitable wedding bands that would be compatible for my engagement ring but also my other half's thin fingers, something that no other store had ever mentioned or considered when browsing at other stores at Hatton Gardens. Rennie and Co are incredibly knowledgeable in the field and will most certainly be recommending their services to all our friends and family!

Brilliant service and products. I spent ages in Hatton Garden looking for a wedding ring and found the hard-selling jewellers left me uncomfortable. I first approached Rennie and Co tentatively and in the hope that I could remodel my old engagement ring into something beautiful that I could wear again; and something that felt more like me. They offered me a sit down chat to discuss what I had in mind, gave me options and together we dreamt up an entirely new ring, using my existing diamond, which sounded like it could be the ring. I felt at ease with them from the start, they were caring, knowledgable and trustworthy. I was very impressed that Dan kept me in the loop with new ideas, and options that were available to me that I had not even thought of - like using the model of my previous ring and putting a different stone in to a dress ring - two rings instead of one just made the process all the more worthwhile! Dan was incredibly responsive at all times; clear and open in respect of coatings and timescales, so that the process was incredibly smooth and free of worry. What I received back, ahead of time, is the most beautiful ring that I have ever seen. It is everything I never knew I wanted until I saw it as it just exceeded anything that I could have imagined. I am so pleased that I went with Rennie and Co and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

We’ve had such a great experience shopping with Rennie and Co from start to finish! We initially visited to buy our wedding rings. Dan and Andre were so personable and helpful - they talked us through various options and kept our budgets in mind too. We then returned to purchase a necklace and have a ring resized and are so pleased with all our purchases! Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. From start to finish, Rennie and Co went above and beyond to give a seamless experience for purchasing an engagement ring. Having visited countless jewellery stores, they have our highest recommendation.

The first thing that stood out for me about Rennie & Co was that there wasn't anyone staring at me from inside ready to pounce hoping i'd come through the door as I looked at their window display (a common thing in Hatton Garden i find) which by the way was noticeably classier, well thought out with a lot of selection for a mens wedding bands. Upon entering I was met by Dan who was very warm and welcoming and proceeded to show me a few rings that I liked. I had a number of questions about quality, source of the metal etc and Dan was happy to answer all of them for me explaining everything I wanted to know and more. Once i'd chosen a ring, he then went out of his way to make sure a new one was made (as i was trying on the window display one) and ready within 48 hours which was amazing as i'd left it till the last minute. I have been a customer of this company on and off for about 26 now years when my husband and I bought our engagement ring from them. I have since had occasion to purchase jewellery and I can honestly say that nowhere I have shopped has provided the level of service that they have. I cannot recommend them more highly on every level. Expertise, the quality & design of their products and customer care. Truly an excellent experience every time.

We were shopping for engagement rings and found Rennie & Co via a google search. After loads of research online as well as browsing in jewelry shops in Westfield mall, we were looking to buy a good quality ring from a reputable jeweler. We had a great shopping experience at Rennie & Co. Dan and Andre immediately put us at ease showing us a nice selection of trilogy rings. They were very informative and source high quality diamonds. We didn't feel any pressure to buy and it was quite a pleasant experience especially as we found a nicely set emerald cut VVS1 D color diamond ring. They even made the effort to get the resize done in just a couple days. The customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend booking an appointment with.

Heading to Hatton Garden can be an overwhelming experience for a rookie but within 2 minutes of sitting down with Dan, I knew Rennie & Co. was where I was going to buy my engagement ring. My husband and I have been to Rennie on a number of occasions now; first to choose my engagement ring, then our wedding bands and our most recent visit was to choose an eternity ring. On every occasion the team have shown us a number of pieces and have helped us thoroughly consider the options available to us. Their pieces are stunning. The aftercare has also been second to none with updated valuations, cleaning when we visit and resizing.
On our latest visit Dan went through the different options for my eternity ring; he gave excellent advice for how to choose a ring to complement my existing rings and helped us design a unique ring that best matched the proportions of my other rings in the style we liked. He then arranged for the completed ring to be posted to us so that we didn't need to travel into London again. The ring arrived this morning 2 weeks before the expected delivery date. I am absolutely thrilled with all my rings and highly recommend Rennie & Co.
