Ive used REMwaste twice

I ill order my skip yesterday and tell him i need skip early in the morning they say to me yeah we can provide skip 9 o clock on job and i ill pay them £470 pound for 8 yard skip bt now 12 o clock amd still wating the skip and they say not sure what time this is their services never use again i thought if i didn’t pay i ill say cash is good for me i ill pay before for good deal bt they upset to me never ever use again and no one use my circles

Remwaste offers a professional and efficient service, but my experience had mixed outcomes. While staff were helpful and skips were delivered on time, a lack of upfront information about restrictions led to issues. Cancelling within 30 minutes still resulted in a 25% fee, and the refund process was slow. Average experience overall.

Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. This company is not genuine and the price hike is ludicrous. They are a broker and not a skip company as they might have you believe. They are not transparent with their pricing at all for non commercial customers and for what should be a £210 skip they charged £312 including VAT. Under trading standards they contravene two points yet refuse to accept the fact. Biggest advice would be to NOT use this company and find a local company as this is who they will use anyway. The companies they use are not aware of the price increase and certainly today were blamed by this company for their pricing increase yet when speaking to the local company they were displeased with this. STAY CLEAR

Booking was easy. The skip turned up on time and was picked up early at my request. No probs. When I spoke to the subcontractor it seems I could have got the same skip directly from them for £150 less. I feel a bit robbed but my fault for not shopping around.
