Avoid at all costs. Purchased four items and on delivery one item was missing. I reported this to Reliked and they refused to send me the item even after they confirmed they had it in stock in the warehouse. After waiting three weeks and follow up messages to them they are now not responding to my messages and have not refunded my money. They conveniently do not publish their phone number. They are unprofessional and show no integrity whatsoever. AVOID!!

Very efficient service

Very efficient service, both purchasing and returning,however, the only negative for me is not being able to get a cash refund when returning items.

Hit and miss

Hits: I love the concept of this site and once I had an order stolen from the courier and they refunded me really quickly, so I think the service is great. Also the incremental discounts you get after each order, I’m yet to use any yet so hopefully they work.

Misses: UX and navigation is confusing to me, and massive disconnect between desktop and app.
Discount emails quoting ‘X% of ALMOST everything’ is more like almost nothing - definitely not on the beauty nor the decent stuff; this has been true of every promo over BF, Christmas and new year. Instead, link me to a PLP containing all the products the code WILL work on instead of new in, I beg you.

They cancelled my order !!!

Sold me an item sale was completed and processed then e mailed me to say ...oh sorry we applied the wrong discount and they cancelled the sale. Still waiting for a reply to my e mail querying this aftre10 days !!!

What a awful company

What a awful company, maggie has got the worst customer service ‘skills’….She would be better suited to working in faulty towers. Its is FAKE and I have had zero help just rude replies. I will not use reliked again and would not recommend. Shocking that i’m having to go through paypal for a refund

Sent someone else’s order

I may update this following their response, but I was sent someone else’s entire order. The label was addressed to me, so it wasn’t DPD sending it to the wrong place. Nothing of mine was in there.

I’m not looking forward to having to coordinate sending their mistake back to them, and I can only assume someone else has my order who will have to do the same (and hopefully will!). Who knows when I will get my order. I’m very disappointed.

In addition to the mistake, the box they used looked very worn and there wasn’t any packing slip. It really doesn’t feel that professional.

Was sold an inauthentic item twice! Firstly, whilst the online has some lovely luxury items be careful what you buy especially designer items or atleast get them authenticated when you receive them. I purchased a “Saint Laurent” jacket just shy of £300 and there was no label to indicate this was from Saint Laurent and a size 8. Emailed them and was told to send photos which I did and then to send item back and they will only refund if they find it is not from Saint Laurent. (Just to note, emails from customer services tone is very arrogant and they need to learn how on their website) I sent it back and dpd delivered to their neighbour. It’s ironic because reading below review they told the buyer to go knock on their neighbours door as it’s not their fault and their complaint should be with dpd,
So if that is the case, my return was sent to their neighbour and therefore they should be the one logging the complaint with dpd but they were telling me to log the complaint because dpd delivered to their neighbour. Luckily these days most banks and PayPal protect you against inauthentic items so was going through a claim with them. However, I received an email from reliked saying they have received the jacket and they have refunded me because its not from Saint Laurent and they “can only apologise for that” and that was the end of the email. For a company that sells luxury goods and sold an item which turned out not to be authentic and reply with an abrupt email,
Is very shocking.

(THIS IS ABOUT YOU AS YOU SENT THE ITEMS YOU SHOULD BE SORTING IT AS I SAID BEFORE MAGGIE SAID SHE WOULD GET DPD TO RETRIEVE IT, HOW CAN YOU EXPECT ME AFTER A MONTH (that's how long it took Maggie to sort) TO KNOCK ON 2 DOORS OF PEOPLE I DON'T KNOW AND ASK FOR IT.) WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN Bought a few items had a message to say it had been delivered but it hadn't so messaged Reliked. Got a message from Maggie to say DPD had delivered. When checking the tracking we found that it wasn't our door and that the lady taking it in was nothing like me. messaged back to be told that they would look into it. Ater about a week and a few more messages sent by us Maggie asks us to knock on the 2 doors on our street with black doors. and that DPD will go to retrieve it. Since then we have sent 5-6 messages and Maggie will not answer. There have been 18 messages between the 7th of October and now and still no refund. What sort of company asks you to knock on people's doors you don't know to ask for a parcel that was delivered a month ago.

I've looked into this for you and can see that Maggie has responded to you and given you all of the information that you need.
I understand your frustration, however the parcel is at your neighbours house whose full address we have given you and is a few doors away. It seems DPD delivered to a neighbour and your parcel is very nearby waiting for you to go and collect it. Unfortunately your disappointment is with DPD not with Reliked or our product.
If we were nearby we would go to your neighbour and collect it for you, however this is not the case and there is little we can do if you are not prepared to go to your neighbour to collect.

We're very sorry for your disappointment but feel this review is about the Courier and not about Reliked at all.

Faulty item (marked, damaged and unwashed) and won’t refund

I do not like to write negative reviews, and prefer in the first instance to work any issues out with the company or seller. On this occasion the ongoing experience of having any kind of correspondence with Reliked to resolve an issue where they are at fault has been so deeply unpleasant I am compelled to make other customers aware of how this company is operating.

On the 28th October I purchased the Natalie Rolt Clementine set. The item was listed as preworn, but Reliked guarantee in their product description that items of this condition have been ‘well looked after’, and that they only sell items that are ‘clean’ and of a ‘high standard’.

When I received the order on the 31st October, I was appalled by the overall condition. On opening the package there was a very strong, stale odour to the fabric. There were a number of visible marks and stains to the top and the skirt. The majority of marks appeared to have come from someone attempting to iron a synthetic fabric incorrectly, which had created visible lines on the material and damaged it. There was also a foreign object protruding from the hem of the skirt. It was large enough to have created a hole. It did not appear that the set had been washed or dry cleaned.

I raised a return request on the Reliked website. I explained the faults I had found with the Natalie Rolt Clemantine set and provided clear, close-up pictures of each of the faults. The request for the faulty order was approved by Reliked via email, and I was of the understanding that the matter was resolved.

On the 3rd November, the team received the order back. After approving the return request for the faulty order on the 1st November the team have failed to issue a refund.

I have maintained an open dialogue with Maggie from Reliked to attempt to gain traction on a resolution. Responses have been slow, or have gone unanswered with responses that I have received being curt, unprofessional and at large failing to address any of the issues/ faults raised. Which is why this case will now be referred on to be investigated.

I cannot recommend that you purchase from Reliked based on this most current interaction.

I would also recommend that you read the one star reviews for Reliked to understand how this company treat customers who have had a problem or issue with their order. Their responses (which are few and far between) are telling of how they operate as a business.

Update to reply from Reliked:

1. We asked 3 team members to check it over..

Let’s be honest. Reliked listed this item and chose to overlook and not detail/ photograph any of the visible faults. Any review or check that you have completed since receiving the item back is null and void as it is no longer impartial and you have an invested interest as a company to find no fault.

2. The item has been re-listed at the same price..

This is incorrect. When you relisted the item you increased the listing price to £103. I took a screenshot.

When I addressed with Maggie their response was, ‘And has for the item going up in price that is up to us we can put price up and down.’ Not sure why you are denying this happened. Maybe you should corroborated your story before responding.

3. I cannot see you have made any other complaints..

Then you haven’t looked very hard. If you had reviewed my order history in any detail, and perhaps even spoken with Maggie you would be aware I had returned 2 orders prior with faults.

If you check your own records on the 4th August you will see emails between myself and Maggie discussing a pair of Agolde jeans described as ‘hardly worn’ with both the knees destroyed which was not part of the style and had come from improper, and excessive wear. This is now 4 orders out of 10 (2 orders were cancelled aside from this by Reliked) where I have found inexcusable faults.

4. I can also see that all your emails have been replied to by Maggie our Customer Service Manager..

That is incorrect. I had to contact Reliked 4 times via your contact form before receiving a response. The response I did receive 4 days later was curt. Despite replying I gained no further response.

Another email I had no response to. I had to ask again for a response. Here are the two ticket IDs R24581464 and R24724364. I had 3 short responses where no issues were addressed and no resolution was reached as of of the 8th November I am still waiting on a response.

5. I’m glad to see that you continue to purchase after this event...

This is incorrect. I have made no more purchases since receiving 2 faulty orders from Reliked on the 31st October. I placed 4 orders between 27th - 29th October. 2 order were shipped faulty. 1 order was cancelled as you couldn’t find it. 1 order was cancelled as it was ‘not in good enough condition’.

Based on my experience I would never purchase from Reliked again, and would recommend that no one else does either.

I'm so sorry that you were unhappy with your purchase. We asked 3 team members to check it over upon its return to us and all of them considered the item to be in the condition stated with no odour at all. Therefore, we immediately refunded you in full to Store Credit as per our returns policy which I know you are familiar with from past orders you have made. You purchased the item for £65 ( not the £94 stated above) and its original RRP is £285.
The item has been re-listed (at the same price it was before your discount code was applied). I have also looked through your other orders and apart from 2 being cancelled due to a fault being found at the packing stage, I cannot see you have made any other complaints. I can also see that all your emails have been replied to by Maggie our Customer Service Manager.
I'm glad to see that you continue to purchase after this event and I am sorry the outcome on this one out of 14 orders has not been to your satisfaction, however we must stick to our returns policy in order to be fair to all of our customers.

Great service as usual

Fast delivery as usual. I know they use chipped papers instead of plastic bubbles for environmental reason, but it has been a bit nightmare to open and dispose.
