The quality of the blue suit was poor & didn’t fit the size stated. Would be better to identify what size the items fit in reality rather than what’s been in put on the label.

I have spent a lot of money with this company and up to about 6 months it was all great. The last three orders I placed have all had defective items, incorrect sizing, not as described, and one pair of shoes completely broke after one trying although they were new!
The customer service is terrible, mostly ignored and if they do agree for a return it’s usually not worth it- you pay your own shipping and a re stocking fee.
The latest issue is that their returns link is not working so it does not allow you to complete the downloadable form so how you are supposed to return items I have no idea! Maybe that’s why it’s not working, too many returns for them to handle?!!
Please Reliked get your act together, you base your concept on influencers garments but this low quality service is not influencing me right now!!
Note: just read through the reviews, it seems many of the positives are dated 2023 but an awful lot of negatives in 2024. Somethings going very wrong!

These people think you are stupid.
You will only be refunded by store credit.
You need to pay £4.95 to return any items plus £1 restocking fee.
They will ignore your emails and never answer the phone.

Ordered items, none of them fitted, and jeans they claim were brand new without tags was wrong. The customer service and returns policy is non existent, they do not adhere to any consumer rights and change the policy to suit them.
They have refused to accept the jeans back and just expect me to go away !!
Buy with caution as they are a terrible company to deal with if you have a problem and always pay with credit card

They send you wrong order then lie they didn’t. I ordered one pair of trainers and got 3 clothing items.
They then send your much a large order in a box not sealed correctly and it arrived with clothes hanging out (which I rejected). They didn’t believe me about the trainers and are failing to communicate with me so I cancelled the other order.
They do not believe their customer.
They are not complying with consumer law with distance selling and a 14 day cooling off period back to original payment method.
They nearly were struck off last month according the companies house website. They seem to advertise they only refund my credit note this is not true they can refund to original payment method.
I’m was out of pocket by £230 with no hope of getting it back their customer service is shocking and rude ! I paid by credit card (to protect myself) so I have been able to raise a section 75 claim and get my money back. Rather than apologise for their mistakes they make accusations about other providers and don’t apologise until the 5th email to you.
My parcel had the order number of the front of it but they disputed the contents saying it’s packed under cctv which they want to review but they’ve yet to comment if it was packed correctly, imagine being filmed packing a parcel was an awful set up as an employee for them!
I also have cctv of the courier swinging it around before they left it at outside my property clearly showing it was containing light clothes and nothing else.
I rejected the larger order and sent proof to them from the courier as items were hanging out of holes they put one bit of tape round a box full of clothes and shoes worth over £200.
Advice to everyone avoid this firm like the plague!!
Furthermore always pay by credit card online to protect yourself from a firm like this!!! Google section 75 claims

I’m still waiting on their complaints procedure and have asked Maggie for this no less than 4 times.
Spent £307 on shoes, they sent me an ASOS jacket - despite multiple emails (the only way to contact them) no response or refund yet. Only way to return my money will be via small claims court at this rate… very upsetting.
Just received free people shirt sold as unworn, unfortunately there is a black stain on front and a tear/hole with similar black oil mark around hole. This renders the shirt unusable! When tried to start return it wouldn’t accept. Remains to be seen how this is dealt with but surely goods should be checked. Also received in DPD bag with no tissue and no paperwork but actually delivered by Evri ! Never again
As someone has said below - the idea of this website is brilliant. I shop on here regularly as I prefer to buy things second hand and this site is a great option to do that. Most of the time things go okay. However, that being said their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I have had to contact the team for a various reasons over the years and each time the response received leaves a lot to be desired. They are always having sales and offering discounts/rewards and send texts and emails almost every day which shows they want to get people onto their site and buying more BUT the first step to anyone wanting to buy from you is good customer service. They need to do better.
Purchased a low quality counterfeit yellow gucci hoodie for £150💩🤡, had to make a claim through PayPal for a return. Reliked accepted the return but claim it is not counterfeit. The item will be back for sale- BEWARE 100% COUNTERFEIT. Have reported to trading standards and action fraud.
Appalling customer service, they refused to replace a faulty item they had sent me, ignored follow up messages and delayed giving a refund even though they admitted they had sent me incorrect items. Extremely unprofessional and would give zero stars if I could.
