They have regular “sales”, but in fact you will notice that the items increase in price during the sale, so really there’s no sale at all. Just marketing.
In response to their reply, yes, items are listed at an initial price. But during sale periods, many items “increase” to counterbalance the significant discount code. Just a bit inconsistent in pricing and user experience, that’s all.

Great clothes and accessories, pretty quick delivery and they always have good prices for the brands offered.
I have orddered a couple lf times from reliked and both times my orders have taken long over the delivery period i was given. i ordered 4 items on 1/10/23. selected 3-5 working day delivery, and when i emailed on day 4 about them not being shipped yet. Maggie informed me id selected 3-5 working days. I waited until after the 5 days and even gave an extra day before checking website to find that they state “Please give 7 days to receive your items” I emailed again and got a response with little to no information. Simply told they are inundated and will get to it soon. after a few more days i chose to message on facebook. I was told my order will be with me in a couple of days. Granted their replies were within a day of my queries. its just such a shame that they cant get their orders out as advertised. I would not mind waiting over 2 weeks for a deliver had i been told to expect it or had the delivery been free. appaling delivery service that truly lets them down as they cannot respond to you with any certainty on when you will get your items as although i was told to expect them in a couple days, i can see they have not yet been shipped. I just want what i paid for.
Loved my pre loved Sweaty BettyXHalle Berry leggings and top. Excellent condition. A bit slow to receive on the post and also had to pay tax (import duty) as buying from Ireland. Will buy again and have recommended to friends!

Saddly won't be shopping again with Reliked after being a loyal customer for a good few years. They have some brilliant quality items which I have received and loved however over the years I have had multiple issues with items being sent which were listed as the wrong size, beauty products which are listed as new but actually been opened for who know how long, items listed as RRP worth hundreds more than the actual RRP price and stains on items which weren't disclosed.
Their refund policy has changed many times (without disclosure/customer update email that I received) refunds are now credited to a gift card, which I understand when it come to misfitting or unwanted items but wish the change had been clearer.
However I have had enough now they are trying to anything to get out of refunding faulty items to the payment form.
My order was placed via paypal with a tiny part of the order using my reliked rewards credit. Two of the items were falsely listed so granted returned. No money was ever refunded to me on my direct payment as the terms and conditions state instead they are trying to say I lose my rewards credit and this is how the items will be refunded. There is no were in the terms and conditions which state this for a faulty item.
When a company falsely lists the items this isn't good enough, credit should not be given in this situation as the items would never have been purchase in the first place.
On top of the above the customer service are very rude in their tone and ignore what the customer is saying which is highly unnecessary.
I am super gutted about all of this as Reliked had become my only shopping website and I think its a brilliant concept however if refunds for falsely listed, incorrectly advertised and faulty items are not going to be refunded correctly to the original payment and with the amount off issue I have had over the years with products I can no longer shop with them.
snagged a personalized lily and bean bag for a fraction of the price! arrived very quickly too!
I purchased a jacket which was advertised as "Brand new with tags" but when it arrived it was definitely not "brand new with tags" and had obvious signs of wear.
When I contacted customer service to enquire about a partial refund (I liked the jacket, but would not have paid what I did for it if I had known it was secondhand) I was told by the lovely Maggie "You paid £XX for £XXX jacket, what do you expect? You can return it for store credit".
Wow, I expect items to be described correctly and if they're not, that customer service will solve the issues for me. Store credit is useless when you cannot trust that items have been correctly described. I won't be bothering again and will stick to my usual ebay/vinted
The worst online service I’ve ever received. Don’t recommend you buy from here as they are so quick to preach all the social media influencers but realistically don’t care about the customers. A business like this should be shut down. After I spent my only money on a top from this shop, I was told I’d receive it within 3 days. It’s been 4 days and the order has still not shipped. I need it for Friday for something so important but now my plans have been ruined. I messaged them several times on Instagram and they ignored me every single time. Worst thing is I can’t even cancel the order and get my money back because it’s not arrived. absolutely fuming
Great items in often new condition sent extremely swiftly despite the long weekend, at excellent prices! Just wish the items had more pictures of them eg worn on to see the fit a bit better but otherwise would 100% recommend!

Such a shame as they have great products but their customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. If you aren’t happy with a product or if they falsely advertise something as being new and want to return it then prepared to be ignored. I’ve tried every avenue to contact them. Each time ignored other than one response to my return saying not valid. I’ve bought various products and all apart from a pair of jeans have been great. These jeans are certainly not new as advertised and so I tried to return or talk to someone and each time I’ve been ignored. I really advise not to buy anything expensive as if you aren’t happy then they will ignore you.
I have contacted them three times now through different avenues and have had no response. I have ordered a few times and have been happy with my orders but in one some jeans had clearly been worn and were advertised as new. I am not happy with them at all and want to know what I can do but they are ignoring me.
Easy website to use. The items I bought were great, they took a little while to arrive but it does tell you this when you get your confirmation email.
Great deals to be found on here. Designer pieces for next to nothing. Quick and easy p&p. Waiting on a return hopefully as smooth as the rest of the experience. Would recommend!
Great customer service. The concept is good and helps our planet by giving old clothes a new life.
I absolutely love shopping at Reliked. Found so many gems on the site and always a bargain. I love the loyalty scheme as well for extra savings.
