I can see from your order that the team did in fact reply and apologise for the delay by the Courier with your order. Its always best to contact via Email rather than Instagram as these DM's can often be missed. Once we realised there was an issue we actually refunded your postage in full by way of apology. Sometimes these things happen and we apologise for the disappointment.🖤

I waited 4 weeks on a parcel

I waited 4 weeks on a parcel. I ended up having to contact customer service twice as no reply. There was no notification that the item was shipped and they blamed it on the courier company. Will never purchase from there again

Can you please let me know which order number you are referring to, or perhaps you could revise this review to reflect that all of your orders have been delivered, it is very damaging to our Small business for people to think we do not send out orders, I hope you can understand and thank you so much for your loyal custom 🖤

Sadly a faulty item

Sadly the item I purchased was unwearable due to having holes . I was given a refund very quickly. Disappointed an item could be sold with faults not described.

Terrible customer service!

For the second time, I received an item that was wrongly advertised as something else. I was advised I would get a refund…I made sure to get this in writing as I know how difficult they can be and after avoiding giving me this for a couple of emails, I did eventually get confirmation that I’d receive a full refund including postage. As soon as they received it they emailed to say I would only get store credit as I had removed the label…this was completely untrue as I hadn’t even tried the item on. I emailed back stating this but they didn’t reply and I went ahead to give me store credit (also taking off the £1 return fee which they said they wouldn’t). I emailed the lady I had been corresponding with directly as well as the general email multiple times and they refused to reply to me. It wasn’t until I contacted trading standards who advised they were in the wrong and would have to fully refund me or they would be breaching the rules. They advised they had not received my emails which I do not believe as they responded multiple times previously. I did get my refund after this but had to chase again for the postage. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service and this is not the first time I have had issues with them. Good when it goes well but horrendous if it goes wrong, even when it’s them who is at fault

Customer service nonexistent but good deals

I understand that I am shopping in a different country, however, when I reached out to ask a question about an item and the promotional discount they were offering, I got a response within two business days about the item, but nothing responding to the promotional discount. I then emailed again asking about the discount and no one ever responded. I waited two weeks before purchasing the item when it finally dropped on sale. Upon purchasing the item, it has taken over 10 business days for it to arrive, which is expected because it’s coming from Europe and they are using their version of USPS. However, I found the GB USPS company to be extremely difficult to track (not international friendly) to make sure that my item was really on its way. If you purchased from this company, you are still getting a good deal, just give yourself plenty of time before receiving the item, if you need to wear something to an event.

I don’t like how you treated me the last time I purchased Jackets. When I selected the item it was discounted to £51 , but I was charged £69. …… This is not fair

It would be great if you could let me know which of your 31 orders this review applies to so we can work together to resolve this? Our returns request form is linked at the bottom of the website and should be very simple to use? We are also one of the only private seller re-sale platforms that ask our sellers to accept returns albeit to store credit, unlike ebay, Vinted and Depop.
We are working on our customer service and you will see great improvements happening.
We are not open over the weekend so our customer Service is only available Monday-Thursday 9-2pm so we do ask for your patience and aim to reply to you with 2 days.🖤

Great for offering some amazing prices…

Great for offering some amazing prices on a varied range of barely worn or never worn high street brands and designer goods. Customer service is good and I like that they give a reward on each purchase to put towards the next purchase but these should go straight into your account so they are easier to access when placing the next order. There could also be improvements such as providing additional information about the garments, such as sizing (e.g. whether oversized or true to size), fabric content and care instructions, making sure the descriptions are detailed and accurate and by providing more detailed photographs. Overall, have immensely enjoyed using this site.

Brilliant buying experience

I’m SO impressed by the concept behind Reliked and the service was great. I was introduced to clothes and brands I would have otherwise known about or potentially been able to afford at RRP. Really worth looking at if you’re looking for quality items and sustainable fashion options.

I think CX on the app like the filtering on sizes where there are multiple options for the same size could be looked at but overall great.
