Regus is terrible. I am currently renting in the Leesburg center, I can't wait for my lease to be up. Beware. They make it look like it is staffed and there is support in the center, There is not. It is just to a smoke and mirrors. When issues are escalated they just give it lip service, dismiss it, or it takes a long time to get addressed, from ants in my office to currently a broken light switch so the hallway leading to my office is dark. So unprofessional.

Your satisfaction is very important. Therefore, we’ll make the relevant enquiries and aim to put matters right as soon as we can. Regus is the worst place to move your office. By the time I realized it, it was too late. They will milk you till your last breath and find ways to charge you in every possible way. Poor customer service and "hell with you attitude"

My only regret is that you do not have Saturday availability.
