The customer service I received I was great
The customer service I received I was disappointed at first when I was pre approved online for installment loan and called by Amscot and asked to come in to do paperwork. Once I filled everything out, they told me I was denied and they had no idea why he apologized and I left with no loan. The next day I got a call back from him and he told me he went to his director and was able to get me a small loan. He didn’t have to do that so I was really appreciative of that they go out of their way to try to help people who need it
