Our office in Versoix near Geneva is super efficient and the staff are really helpful and friendly especially Julien, the office manager.The premises are always clean and tidy and whilst I visit erratically, I always find that they encourage a community feel for all the tenants.
PROS
- The office space has an excellent location, easily accessible by train, is bright and welcoming. The office manager provides great support and thoughtful attentions (croissants every 2nd Monday and bananas weekly are much appreciated!).
- For our dispersed team, the membership that allows colleagues to access the open space of any Regus office worldwide is really a plus.
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT:
- The most significant downside *across ALL Regus, globally* is the invoicing system. The mix of statement and invoicing make it opaque and confusing. While it may serve Regus’ internal accounting needs, it is not customer friendly. This should be the number one area for improvement.
- We value the commitment to reducing paper use, but it would be very useful to have a paper shredder available next to the printer.
A collection point for recycling used batteries (from mice, headphones, etc.) would also be appreciated.
