What went wrong ? Lets start,
I signed a monthly contract last September. The monthly bill was supposed to be around 140 euros when the annual membership was gonna cost around 120 euros. On June, We decided to move to Tartu from Tallinn where Regus has no offices. I told them to stop my contract as I signed a monthly contract. Guess what happened ? When I said this is my last month for June, they said that I signed a contract for 1 year and I will have to pay until this period is over which is September. Unbelievable ! What a scam. I paid 3 months for nothing. This is okay at some point. But even on September, THey sent me a bill for 31 euros which is Restoration fees. What is restoration fee ? What cleaning will be done extra as I rent a desk in 5 table room. Anyway, never again . This platform is a scam and be careful when you sign a contract with them. Even the employees feel embarrassed when explaining this issue to you.

You signed a 12-month agreement and it's not unreasonable of us to expect you to honour the minimum term.
Please remember you can check your agreement as it's located in the 'Documents' section of your online account (Myregus.com).
We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use.
We do the same with each customer, and this service is part of your agreement.
