I am on St Albans location. Staff is not helpful. Unjustified charges without notice, no solution focus, defensive behaviour on any feedback, lights are constantly on with no option to turn them off, heating also cannot be adjusted. Their sales manager sold me the office space then disappeared. No after sales support. UPDATE: Your team has contacted again after your comment, providing no solution. So nothing changed than wasting another time from my working hours to discuss same things.

We are very sorry for your frustrations.
Your centre team have already spoken extensively with you so your comments are confusing; I will clarify your concerns again.
You have received late payment fees due to a delay in payments being made to your account. These are applied automatically and have since been removed so that you can continue as normal.
We ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement. You have since set up an automated payment so we have credited the additional retainer back to you.
Your centre team are working on amending your office sensor to a manual switch instead; they will keep you updated directly.
We are willing to help you set up signage in your centre but this has to be compliant with HMRC rules; this is outside of our control. The signage name must match your agreement name.
Although you are frustrated, please be reminded that we expect our customers to act politely and professionally at all times. I have shared your comments again with your centre team who are your key contacts here. They will continue to assist you, thank you.
