Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. They issue parking fines for fun and give you zero room to negotiate anything. You’re charged for absolutely everything—moving plug points, extra furniture—while basic services barely work. Phones constantly down, toilets blocked, recurring plumbing issues, lifts with no lights, and power cuts lasting days with no compensation. Tiny desks, windowless offices, yet rents go up every year. Everyone in the building complains. They know you’re stuck once your business is registered there—and they act like it. Never heard a single good word about Regus.

We're sorry to hear that you are disappointed.
Further reviewing your account, we can see that you have not opted for parking. Please note that parking enforcement is managed by a third-party provider, not Regus directly. Fines are not issued by us, and they are not issued without reason. Customers are provided with the relevant instructions to help prevent fines, including registering their vehicle number plate and making any required parking payments directly with the parking provider.
We have not received similar comments from other customers, no record of power cuts at the centre in relation to your comments.
Regarding the floor box, we already explained that it cannot be removed due to safety reasons. We understand this may not be your preferred outcome; however, this decision has been made with safety and operational requirements in mind. Alternative options were also offered, including moving to a different office, but we understand these options were declined.
At Regus, we work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and to provide different options to meet every requirement and budget. Please note that you can check your agreement, additional charges, and other services through your online account. Simply go to myregus.com and log into your account. From there, you can also check payments and download your invoices.
The maintenance of our facilities is very important, and we can assure you that we take such feedback seriously. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have more questions, thank you.

Make life difficult

The accounting is an absolute nightmare. Takes the Regus accounting team ages to respond. No telephone number to call - asked several times for a manger to escalate to, was ignored. Get over-charged / incorrect charges and/or double charged for and then it takes weeks to try and get a refund. Still waiting.

Furthermore, over the last few years they have kept increasing rent but removed/started charging for services previously provided (e.g. reduced size of desks, removed storage facilities in co-working areas, started charging for tea and coffee automatically even if you don't drink tea or coffee - so you have to opt out to stop the charges.)

I’m sorry for your dissatisfaction.
I understand that your main concern is about the retainer refund of your co-work account.
As my team member has explained to you, your co-work retainer was transferred to your office account upon upgrade and at the same time you also have paid the retainer for the office account.
This has caused an excess retainer in your office account. We will refund the excess amount to you. Please respond to my team member with the requested details.
Your centre team confirmed that they have already addressed the issues related to your billing and centre facilities.
