Avoid This Company – Unethical Practices & Terrible Customer Service
I had a highly disappointing experience with Regus. When I requested to cancel my agreement because it no longer suited my needs, they simply refused, stating that I had to wait until the end of the contract, regardless of my situation. Their customer service attitude is among the worst I’ve ever encountered in this industry—completely unhelpful and dismissive.
To make matters worse, after making a payment on March 9, 2025, they claimed they could not find it in their system, even though I provided all the required proof from my bank. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to refund or take responsibility, giving me generic responses and pushing me in circles.
This company operates in an unethical manner, ignoring valid customer concerns and showing no flexibility. If you value professionalism and honesty in business, stay away from Regus!

I am sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
On 9 March 2025 you signed an agreement for a business address in Phuket on a 12 month term. We have several options on terms, products and locations to try and suit everyone’s circumstances, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its specific end date.
On the payment issue, we have not been able to locate a missing payment. A member of my team contacted you directly last week to help with this so I find it disappointing that you chose to post another negative review instead of answering his email. Please provide the requested information so that we can help you further.
