I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Please be informed that all our office customers can use their office 24/7 in their home centre.
You have recently visited the centre, First Avenue, Petaling Jaya (which is not your home centre), near the end of business hours. You have used the lounge in there, and the centre team have politely notified you about the centre closure 5 minutes before the closing time. You have agreed to leave, but you continued to work in the lounge past the closing time. When the centre team approached you again, you nodded to them and left the centre.
All our customers can visit other centres except their home centres within business hours.
I hope this clarifies.
